The earbuds are sleek, they look nice, they have acceptable sound, not audiophile quality. The case is easy to carry around. Feedback: - The wireless streaming range of the case via the provided USB type-C-to-3.5mm is around 3 feet (1 meter), constantly loses connection even in scenarios where there are no objects interfering (direct line). I'm currently looking for cable extenders as the provided USB type-C-to-3.5mm is only 32 inches in length. - No volume controls on the earbuds. If you're out on a run or a bike ride, having to control the volume on your phone is a problem. - Had issues setting it up for the first time, called into support. They recommended doing hard resets and factory resets as well. - While using them, if you take out a single earbud for several seconds, then put it back on, it loses audio and doesn't come back. You have to take both off, put them in the case and then put them back on.

I love these headphones. Expensive, but you can tell you get what you pay for. These are very easy to use, nice fitting and nice sounding headphones. The charging case has a nice, solid feel and provides wireless charging to the headphones and is simple to just set on a charging mat to, well, charge. Use: There are 3 different size ear tips, that are easy to change. They are easy to put in, with a somewhat of a small twist into the ear. They stay in place and are comfortable. They will pair automatically to an android device, and manually to other devices. It is easy to pair though, just a simple hold of a button on the case until you get a blue light. Easy peasy. Once paired, as soon as you open the top of the case and pull out the ear buds, they automatically connect. There is an app you can download to tweak settings, but it is not required. You can use some swiping motions on the headphones to adjust noise cancelling and simple play pause. Not a ton of options for changing tracks, but they are small enough that there isn't real estate to have more track control. Which is fine. Sound quality: Great. There is a nice rich tone to them, with enough bass to be satisfactory. No complaints in the sound department. Noise cancelling: Good, not the best, not the worst by any means. They aren't going to be as good as over the ear headphones, but I don't expect it to as they just physically can't block noise like they can. However, the noise cancelling they provide is good. Overall, I highly recommend these. Battery life is good. Nice compact case and good sound quality.

Constantly disconnects from my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Great sound quality when it's connected, but not worth the inconvenience of having the audio constantly cutting out.

Hi Rocky- Sorry to hear that you are having connectivity issues with your Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Other owners of that phone have also reported BT audio dropouts with headphones including this user who reported "I recieved my new phone yesterday but with 3 sets of bluetooth headphones I am experiencing skipping/dropouts during audio streaming which is infuriating. I have 14 days to return the phone and exchange for and iPhone. If someone can confirm this is a known software issue which will be fixed via an update I will keep the phone as its fantastic but if not I'll have to change it, which is a shame. I previously used a p30 pro for a year with no bluetooth problems." https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Note20/Note-20-Ultra-Bluetooth-Skipping-Dropping-out/td-p/1441340/page/2 bowerswilkinsus-ca

When wearing them they felt a little to much like earplugs. I loved the feature where you can plug them into a pc or something that doesn’t have Bluetooth. The highs and miss were a bit too much for my ears.

Yes these are on the higher end of ear buds, but man do they pack a punch! The look and quality of the ear buds are there. You are not getting something cheap hear at all. Even the app looks high end! Everything about it is well done. The fit and the comfort are all there. It comes with a few different earbuds to choose for your best fit. There's no ear tips to bend into your ear canal like most products nowdays. This one is just insert and twist to post it and rest on your ear. In wearing it for a few hours I did feel my ear fatigue a bit but not as much that I needed to take them out, there was a bit of discomfort there. The functionality of the touch pad is great and not as sensitive as others I have tried. This one is a happy medium. The case is cool. You cannot stand it up besides standing it up on it's lid. Otherwise you just place it flat side on a table. There is a big button and led on the side you flip to open. The case has a few tricks up it's sleeve as well. In the box, besides the usb c to usb c connection to be used to charge the case, you get a usb c to 3.5MM. Now you may think, where is there a headphone jack nowdays? Well you can find them in various things like monitors and laptops. If you want you can connect the case with the usb c to 3.5mm cord and pair that up to use that as a bluetooth dongle of sorts to stream non bluetooth devices. And on top of that the case has wireless charging! The headphones offer great ambient sound pass through as well as active noise cancellation. I say it is up there with the big guns. There is a setting in the app to get it where you can hear more or less ambient if you want, but there is also an automatic setting which the headphones will tell how loud or not loud your surroundings are and adjust the ANC accordingly. I have it set to that setting most times and it's been a joy to listen to music and podcasts. The calls are clear and no one has said I sounded like I was in a tunnel or far away or sound tinny. I try to avoid high winds though so I did not try this on a call in a wind tunnel to test lol. But all in all, this high end has the specs and hardware to back up the great sounds it can reproduce in your ear. I like clear and hard hitting bass but not muddy and this delivers and more. I totally recommend these headphones!

i have tried literally every single wireless anc earbud in the market looking to replace my airpods maxes (too big to carry around everywhere), including the newly released WF1000-XM4's, and i'm so glad i took a chance on these after watching flossy carters review. these are hands down the best sounding wireless in-ear's ive ever heard and i think anyone who prioritizes the sound quality over anything else shouldn't look anywhere else. ive tried them all, bose, sennheiser, sony, etc. and these are as good as it gets. sound: the bass is deep and powerful, yet not over powering as to making the headphones sound muddy. high notes are clear and precise, mids are emphasized just right, what bowers and wilkins have achieved here with their dual driver setup is nothing short of mesmerizing. suffice it to say these are the current leaders in sound in wireless in-ear headphones, and anyone who listens to these will not be disappointed. i wouldnt be surprised if apple adops the same dual driver setup in the airpod pros 2 coming 2022. anc: decent, but not anything groundbreaking. the XM4's have better anc, if you prioritize the best anc over anything, get the sony's. transparency mode: nothing to write home about. i personally would rather just take my earbuds out and talk to someone than use the anc, but if you need to quickly hear a speaker announcement they do the job. apple's airpods pros and maxes still lead in this department. comfort: extremely comfortable and light, more-so than my XM4's, and just as comfortable as airpods pros. battery: definitely the Achilles heel. its pretty low at around 3-4 hours with anc on, but honestly i'm never listening to music for 3-4 hours straight, and if you are then taking a break to recharge them definitely wouldn't hurt your eardrums. for movies/tv show binges of course this isnt the best, but definitely not a deal breaker. case: light, sturdy, extremely premium feel. case retransmission feature is awesome. also, some reviewers say that having the best in class sound quality of any wireless anc in-ear isn't that big of a deal to make up for the PI7's lacking in other area's, and that wired in-ears with a dac/amp combo are way better, but i'd call those people delusional if anything. these are most likely the same people who say there's a noticeable difference between lossless and compressed audio, when research has proven 99% of people aren't able to hear a difference. i personally had my own journey into the audiophile arena, spending hundreds on custom setups carrying around an android with a portable amp/dac hooked up to my wired bulky uncomfortable iem's all in pursuit of such a minor, imperceptible difference in sound quality. think of the most expensive, convoluted, wired iem setup you could possibly get, and what the pi7's offer is something a millimeter away to that type of sound in an all in one, wireless package with the added bonus of a pretty decent anc and the convenience of being wireless. telling someone they might as well get in-ear wired headphones with an amp/dac setup if they want good sound from their iem's is non-sensical, because at this price point you're getting sound quality that is pretty much extremely similar to a several hundred dollar wired setup. the negligible difference in spacing or clarity just isn't worth having to carry around such a nuisance when you just want to enjoy your music. audiophile setups are a niche for a reason. personally, these will be replacing my airpods max as my everyday go to headphones for listening. on a side note, i would not recommend the black ones as the material on the case and earbuds are extremely fingerprint prone. i swapped my black ones with white ones as soon as i could. i rarely ever rate any product this highly, but these deserve every star.
