Solid bench. Work well for weights and torso exercises. A 5” gap between seat and back when flat. I just made up an insert out of wood, foam and vinyl to fill that gap. See photos Like wheels to move around and store standing up when not in use

I needed a Bench to go along with my Bowflex Dumbells and since I love the dumbbells so much I bought the bench. My at home gym looks great and bench is good.

This is a great bench! Its very sturdy, strong and looks great.

I love this bench. The build quality is top notch. There’s no wobble or creaking while using. It’s a bit bulky for vertical storage but it’s manageable and not too heavy. Pairs great with the Bowflex adjustable dumbbells.

Easy to assemble. I wish it was on sale like the dumbbells were.

I picked this up back in November to finish off my home gym setup, and it has honestly been the best addition I've made. I needed a bench that was sturdy enough for heavy lifting but wouldn't take up the entire room when I wasn't using it. The Good: - Space Saver: The "stowable" claim is legit. Being able to fold it up vertically reduces its footprint by half. I keep it stowed in the corner when I'm not lifting, and it opens up the room completely. - Rock Solid: Unlike cheaper benches I’ve used that wobble when you’re doing chest presses, this thing is built like a tank. It feels incredibly safe and stable, even at the decline angle. - Adjustment: Changing angles is smooth. The "click and lift" mechanism is fast, so you aren't wasting time fiddling with pins in the middle of a workout. The "Heads Up": - Assembly: Give yourself some time to put it together. It’s not difficult, but there are a few steps. Also, because it is so sturdy, it is heavy—but the wheels make it easy enough to roll into the corner. Verdict: If you are working with limited space but don't want to sacrifice quality for a foldable bench, this is the one to get. It’s worth the extra money for the stability alone. I was missing a few parts in my box but they were pieces I didn't think were necessary, so I have no complaints about it.

Bought this to use with Bowflex SelectTech 552 dumbbells. Quality’s good but with a few quirks. They should’ve extended the wood support in the seat to the ends of the leg pads. I also think the pin setup to change the angle of the back rest isn’t as convenient as a pull out pin or bar on hooks. You have to screw in/out the screw every time you change the angle. Not a deal breaker though.

Good quality weight bench. Easy to assemble and seems sturdy. One star less for the large gap between the back and the base. This gap is uncomfortable, something other people have complained about. Easy to transport and stow away. The wooden base may not be durable

Good sturdy bench, great for my workout space I made in my at home office. Easy to put together. I have 3 very minor (for me) issues. The space between the cushions is a little farther than I’d expect. The wheels to move it come out right where you’d normally plant your feet, so you’ll have to get used to that. 3. In order to change the incline position is a peg that needs to be unscrewed. I would expect a peg that can be pulled out like on other benches. Overall the pros vastly outweigh the cons for me, and I really Enjoy this

Assembly was a nightmare as it is going to take you more tools than they supply. Also, some screwholes do not seem appropriately installed, so do not be afraid to grab a hammer and bang away! Tried to call the customer service number for assistance, but they mever answer as I waited over an hour on hold. This is when I grabbed the hammer! Once together, bench is actually nice & works as advertised. Only complaints - Gap between seat & bench is large in flat/decline positions - space to hold legs in place is tight. Bought on sale - would never buy at full price.

This bench is very sturdy and easy to assemble. The adjustable section of the bench is nice because it gives you multiple settings while at the same time the mechanism is very easy to operate. I bought this because it's easy to store in the upright position and because it is a Bowflex product. I was also able to purchase it at a time when there was a promotion from the best from Best Buy so its price was significantly better than anywhere else

Positives: Feels pretty solid. Stores easily. Height adjustment options are nice. Negatives: The gap that everyone is complaining about is really huge and uncomfortable in certain situations. I'm not sure how the designers of this bench thought that was OK. The screws that come with this bench are one of those really really cheap Chinese screws that will melt off if you use any amount of force. The leg holder pads are too close to the butt pad for my legs. How hard would it be to allow you do adjust the distance from the pad? A little disappointed given this is their best bench.

Very sturdy, easy to assemble. Great upgrade or addition to exercise room. Probably not the most compact solution if space is limited.

It is a heavy duty bench for home workouts. It is bothersome sometimes that there is a huge gap in between the back rest and the seat when declined or flat. But the build quality is good.

I chose the 3.1 because it has a knob that needs to be pulled out to adjust the height, which results in the strongest lock-up vs. the other offerings I found. Build quality is really good. I recommend adding small rubber pads to the feet so it doesn’t slide around on slick floors.

I had limited space for weight training and bought a Bowflex Select tec 552 with a media stand. The bench was a perfect complementary piece of equipment. Assembly was pretty straightforward using the YouTube assembly video from bowflex. I started using the select tec app and it was easy to adjust the bench for a wide range of exercises.

This bench is very good quality and worth the price. Great addition to any home gym!
