Im 5'7" and on the heavier side so i needed a sturdy treadmill to get back on track. It's not super loud when walking or running but with headphones in i dont hear it at all. It is on the heavier side so be careful when moving.

Poor customer service after the purchase

It stopped working about 6 mo in. Some electrical problem. I contacted customer support and they said they had seen this issue before and ordered me a replacement part. We are now 6 mo later and still no part. It is on back order until Jan. The customer service rep from Bowflex told me that the company has gone bankrupt and a new company came in and bought the assets. She actually told me i should be happy that they are ordering the replacement part. I am not. I have multiple bowFlex items in my home gym, but no more. THis has been a big waste of money.

Great treadmill

I’ve ran on a few treadmill that slip when your running. I’ve owned this treadmill for almost a year and use it 3 times a week and never had that problem. Wide enough tracks so you don’t feel cramped while running. Storage in upright position is a bonus I can fit my rogue bike right underneath.
