This was a solid purchase and solid bench. When you sit on this bench, you do not feel any "give" on any side. Installation took me roughly about half an hour. It also has a decline option that some benches do not offer. Decline position can also be used to do situps. One negative/positive thing would be the leg support of the chair. If you sit wide leg, the legs of the chair get in the way. Though, the position of the chair's legs gives it more stability.

Nice solid bench with good cushion. Easy assembly. Good positions for flat, decline & shoulders. Incline position sucks! To high of an angle- not right for proper incline form ( reason for 4 Stars) might weld on a stop so I can use this bench for all proper positions instead of having to use old bench for incline taking up space. I have a few Bowflex items and happy with them, would figure being being a fitness company they would of made this bench to a T for the price. Again nice bench with 1 flaw- last pic shows where incline should be

I was bored with going to the same gym for ten years and this bench allows me to complete lighter workouts at home for a change of pace. The directions were quite clear and the parts were clearly labeled to allow easy assembly. I love the ability to sore vertically to save space. It came with allen wrenches to assemble. No need for additional tools.

Very well built. Easy to assemble and works great. 90 degree to flat to incline functions. I highly recommend it.

This is a solid exercise bench that was easier to assemble than it first seemed. I do wish it had more notches for adjusting the angle for certain exercises that I’m used to doing at the gym but overall, no real complaints. Due to COVID, I feel safer working out from home and for now, makes it easier for me to have a small set at home. This bench is well made and the price was within my budget compared to the much more expensive options on the market.

REALLY WISH THIS WASN'T AS LONG. BUT GREAT BUILD AND WEIGHT AND QUALITY.

I have bowflex dumbbells and decided to get a bowflex bench. I’m roughly 230 and incline press 105lbs and the bench doesn’t budge. It’s easy to store and maneuver and looks good. Docked one star for the 90 degree angle. It’s literally 90 degrees so it can be a little uncomfortable.

Great sturdy bench. I bought it solely because I needed an adjustable bench that I could stow away as my workout area is fairly small. Folds up nicely and I have it up against my wall after workouts.

Very solid quality and extremely stable bench. My only wish is that it had additional adjustments for the incline and decline.

great product with wieght and stability to excersize.

This workout bench is subpar. First, the incline positions are not good at all. There needs to be a couple more notches for incline positions. Second, the space between where the bench hinges is too wide and hurts the lower back. Third, the legs on the front are too wide, so it gets in the way if you straddle the bench. Fourth, the foot hold roller pads in the front just get in the way and are pointless on the bench. There should be a way to remove it, but there isn’t. Other than that, the bench is pretty solid and looks great.

The Bench is solid. The cushion is comfortable, but the settings for incline/decline are not in the best position. There are only a few options so you are limited to the manufacturer's settings as to how you can use the bench.

I recently got bullied at school so I purchased this bench. I have been benching ever since and have hit my new personal record of 50 pounds

Best bench for the price. Bowflex makes a great product. Their service is great as well. I had an issue with the seat for my product, sent pictures, and it was immediately replaced. Other similar products for the same price are flimsy and just don't feel right when working out on them. This unit is sturdy.

Portable, durable and comfy when working out using weights.

My son uses it everyday he says it is so comfortable and makes working out so easy

This is a good bench for the price, its very study with no movement or anything wobbly. The assembly was simple and quick. My only con for this is the leg attachment its wide enough to make some stances dangerous I have the select tech dumbbells' so when you're trying to careful with dropping the weights as it is the leg attachment really just gets in the way. I removed mine for now and will reattach when needed.
