    its okay its so big need a big space for this one how I wish the apps is free not paying monthly for the program or one time payment not even ! the treadmill is so expensive should be included

    I will be returning this too bestbuy as soon as i have a couple of days of sunshine. Got it home and assembled which was no small feast due to the weight. Ignoring the couple of small dents that were on the aluminum paneling from shipping I decided to give it a try. Turn it on and tinker with the controls a bit and then start the updates and that it’s where everything goes bad. The updates actually bricked this treadmill to where all i can do is see a jrny screen cannot even use it in a manual mode. 3 calls with average wait times of 45 minutes and still just a 300lb waste of space. First tech twos me that they learned before Christmas that this was happening so not sure why the update was still out there for download when I got my device setup on the 28th. He gives me an thing to try which sounded like a hailmary and it did not work. Second tech gives me another thing to try and says it takes up to an hour and that doesn’t work. Tired tech tells me that yea thats a long shot fix also and not I just need to wait for them to release another update that will hopefully fix it. Sorry Bowflex but you’ve lost a customer for life…if you’re going to get into the “smart” industry then have your code developers learn how to implement change management to include extensive testing.

    Treadmill was definitely not cheap but I am a big guy (400lbs) so I wanted something that could support my weight. This has been a great purchase so far and is holding up nicely!

    I personally do not like bowflex products, they always come with useless features and more importantly, with extra subscriber fee. The other reason is they always go on sale, huge sale. I got this treadmill from bestbuy for 1000, I would say it’s worth about this price, the machine is quite bit. Handles heavy duty okay. I’m 6’2 230 lbs. I run on it 30 mins a day 4-5 days a week. It’s been a year since I bought it, and it’s still holding together. Just make sure you lube the belt once every 2 or 3 months.

    Don't Buy It

    After about 3.5 hours of frustrating assembly, I was excited to get started and do my initial fitness assessment. Unfortunately, it just doesn't work. The console works; the input to the console works (I can see speed changing or incline changing on the display), but the belt won't move and the incline doesn't respond. I can't wait to get the run-around from customer service and get sent parts to fix something myself.

    This thing is big boy certified! Love it, it does take some work to put together if you don't get the professional installation but not hard by any means. It is very sturdy, runs quite, and the 10inch tablet/monitor is surprisingly responsive. I did see that BoFlex filed for bankruptcy though and this kind of had me worried because I just purchased the treadmill and I am now wondering if I will have any support if something does go?

    This treadmill is heavy and big, but with reason. We wanted a stable, sturdy treadmill and thats what we got. Speed, and incline are great. Not too loud. The functionality of the screen is great.

    Worst Threadmill ever. I had to have Bowflex send me a second one after fighting with them for a year. From installation, to customer service; this treadmill sucks! It squeaks, it's so ungodly heavy, and the screen sucks on it. You cannot use Netflix or anything unless you pay for journey. your better mounting your own tv. But anyways, the second one I assembled and my god, it's just so heavy. The biggest problem is the board squeezing, the belt skipping... just avoid at all costs.

    I’m not an experience runner but was looking for something that is sturdy and have the latest technology in addition to both incline and decline. This treadmill has all the bells and whistles that I personally wanted. It is a bit costly but compared to other recommended brands as sole abs Nordic track. This bowflex model was at a decent price.

    Treadmill was great the first day, then immediately started having issues. Contact bowflex customer support and someone didn’t get back to me until a few weeks later. The screen on this treadmill works sporadically. When it does decide to work, it’s actually a good treadmill. Based on this experience I would not buy another bowflex treadmill.

    I absolutely love this treadmill. It has made cardio so much more enjoyable. Keeps me disciplined with the option to watch my favorite shows on the JRNY app. However there are a few improvements that could be made, such as the rubber cover on the back of the touch monitor does not like to stay in place. Also, being a legally blind individual, the treadmill and JRNY app could improve by adding accessibility option under the settings such as triple tap zoom. Other than that this product is fantastic.

    This Bowflex treadmill has been a good purchase. It has dozens of unique options to avoid cardio burnout. It has both incline and decline and speeds for every type of user.

    Very good treadmill. Have had it over a year and use it at least 5 times a week. Each session is typically 2-3 miles. I am 6'5 and the size of the deck is perfect for people with longer strides. Tablet for the controls is a bit outdated. Requires a subscription for the advanced training programs. I typically use it in manual mode and do not use most of the tablet features. The heart rate monitor works well but sometimes has difficulty connecting the machine. Have adjusted the belt alignment once since purchased. Very happy overall.

    Although a pretty big machine, so far so good. The program taylors activities to your performance and if you dont like that sort of stuff you can just do your own thing. As mentioned before it is a pretty big treadmill and a little intimidating when wanting to move around, but it is actually manageable. I have moved it around myself a couple times. The only thing that still bothers me a little is folding the treadmill. Im not sure if im doing it incorrectly, but it does not fold up all the way. Still big and tales up a lot of space when folded up..

    First, I have had this tredmill for a just a week, the price has dropped *almost* $300 since purchasing. Second, my husband and I put this together; it will definitely test you. He had a lot of issues getting screw to thread properly with a lot of hole to thread hole mismatch where he ended up having to hold the piece while I threaded it to screw it in or it would stop/catch before it was tight. Third, from reading reviews now, I am assuming it keeps intermittently losing WiFi connection while using the machine where it abruptly STOPS you. You jerk forward and it actually is an extremely uncomfortable experience if you are at a full run and the machine just stops! Then restarts again, but not after stopping. It's like I am constantly worried it will stop, I will trip and fall (I keep the clip on) then it will start up again. If I keep it on and forward, then down, then it starts again, seems dangerous to have a tredmill do this! I can see the screen pausing, but the entire machine? Just from other reviews you'd think this problem would have been fixed by now! Fourth, I just wanna push the start button, it give me my favorites or suggestioned workouts as an option to choose from and go. I don't want to have to do a fitness test on set up, I don't want to have to look for "manual" (which took forever to find at the bottom of the list) then add it to my favorites. I wanted a "normal" treadmill. My husband wanted all of the other "fancy" options. Fifth, you HAVE to have a subscription to use the streaming that you already pay monthly for, yes, this is listed everywhere. I should have looked into the PRICE of the subscription of this service, especially since I knew I wouldn't need anything else. I don't need a coach or anything else the subscription comes with. However, my husband likes to watch movies while he runs, he hasn't used the coach, but he might one day. Now, if it was so I could use features like *Canvas Student* to watch letures or a screen mirroring so I didn't have to put my tablet on it, I would pay for the subscription after the free year is up without complaint! However, I guess this is a good way to sucker people into buying it. We could have gotten one without a screen and set up a TV infront of it in my opinion, but my husband INSISTED on this treadmill and the quality of Boflex products. Sixth, the heart rate band is like pulling teeth to get it to connect! You turn it on, it detects it, then just says it won't connect no matter how many times you try to connect it. Says it's loading, but stimply doesn't connect, THEN turn it off and on two or three more times to finally gain a connection. Plus, not even the same type as pictured on their website as "included HR armband". It doesn't have a screen like it looks like it does on the Boflex website, it has an on button and blinking light to say it's on. Seventh, only connects to apple watch?? I have a Samsung watch, I thought (wrongly) maybe since it didn't use the same iFit and used other options it might have more freedom with app usage, so I end up having two bands on (different wrists). Zwift "Compatible Smart Device Apps" is what I [assumed] allowed me to connect my watch; if there is a trick to this that I am missing, I did google it and look on the Zwift website, maybe my smart watch needs replaced, but it has worked for the almost two years I've had it without issue. Eighth, I wish it allowed for set up of added accounts without an email. My oldest son would like to use it, we could use guest, yes, but he really liked it would say someone's name if he picked a work out with a coach. That alone and seeing him want to exercise would also make me happily keep a subscription. Positives, it's a treadmill, with a start button, buttons for acceleration/incline on the main portion, sides rails, and hand grips. Bluetooth enabled for smart devices works for playing my lectures through the speakers. Easy enough to set up a secure account.

    Love the treadmill. Only giving it a 4 star because I did have to get some parts that were faulty, but support was on it and got that to me quick and a tech came out to fix it.

    Works great, lots of features. You can watch some streaming apps but only a general few. Speakers randomly get weird where background noise becomes louder than the talking.

    If you enjoy running on the world's hardest surface then buy this treadmill! I seriously don't understand how this treadmill even made it into production. Did they not have any runners test this thing out? I went for a 3 mile run at 6mph and the next day my entire body was in pain like I had been thrown against a brick wall. Maybe this thing is made of bricks since it's so large and heavy! I seriously underestimated the size of this thing. Also, the JRNY app that runs the tread is horrible! It would take forever to turn on and then it was hard to navigate. I researched treadmills for MONTHS before finally pulling the trigger on the Bowflex 10 and what a mistake that was!! Don't make the same mistake I did!!

    Great quality treadmill! First of all we were skeptical of investing $2k plus for a treadmill but honestly there are not many good options for a quality treadmill that has features like this one. We like 4CHP motor and power it brings in, ability to go from -5 to + 15 incline is great, especially having minus incline is super cool for cool down or just take an easy walk. The belt seems like very high quality that could last years. 10inch monitor is good enough for following explore the world app or other details. BestBuy did a great job with quick delivery. Been using this for more than 2 weeks and we are happy with the purchase. If you have any other Bowflex equipment that supports JRNY app then you are making best use of subscription costs.
