Was a pain to move and put together, but works well. I wish that the interval programs automatically adjusted, instead just of telling you when to do so. I don't like that you have to pay for JRNY membership to use Netflix etc.

There are several poor things about this treadmill: The software is terrible. Despite Bowflex trying to charge you a premium ($20 a month) for the JRNY stuff, the software is not intuitive or easy to understand and there is not a guide or walkthrough (other than a brief walk through that doesn't really explain most of the features when you first sign in). You cannot use the screen for watching videos, etc. Unless you have an active JRNY membership (again, $20 a month). Even then, the only video streaming services you can use are Disney, HBO, Prime, and Netflix. You cannot use Youtube or whatever other apps you want, despite this being a tablet running a custom version of Android. I believe Bowflex locked these features behind the JRNY subscription because there is no other reason to use JRNY because it's not good and they just want that sweet, recurring subscription revenue despite not providing a good service. The screen is also very poor quality. I'm not sure what the resolution is or what type of screen it is, but it looks like you're watching through a dirty monitor because of the poor image quality. I have better screens on laptops that I had in college 20 years ago. The Bluetooth heart rate monitor does not work. It charges for a couple of hours and then glows solid green to show that it is fully charged, but then it does not turn on. This makes sense, since it is obviously very cheaply made. Overall I am very disappointed in the treadmill. This is my second Bowflex purchase; the first was the select-tech dumbells, which were very high quality and well worth the money. However, this experience has turned me off to Bowflex. Since I have the extended return period, I am still considering returning the product, but I am weighing that against my desire to purchase and assemble another treadmill. Very disappointing overall.

I absolutely love this treadmill! It is much easier for me to get my exercise in on those awful hot and humid summer days. I've had this treadmill for 3 weeks now and I find that I am much more motivated to exercise when I can go walking/jogging virtually in other countries.

its okay its so big need a big space for this one how I wish the apps is free not paying monthly for the program or one time payment not even ! the treadmill is so expensive should be included

This was what my Wife and I was looking for in a machine. just love the quietness but sturdy performance it has. Sound and quality built with the ruggedness in mind for the long haul. Love the different programs that it has weather walking or running it is built to last. Thanks

Whatever you do, do not buy this treadmill. all bowflex treadmills in year 2020/21 (which they are discounting and trying to move aggressively) are broken. the android operating system is crap, and JRNY/Nautilus/Bowflex customer service is crap and non existent. Please trust me when I tell you. I am on my second treadmill in a month, both are busted. The installers ruined my walls, ceilings and floors. I now have to open an insurance case with best buy insurance. nightmare - stay far away from this tread,

It gives you the feel of being in a gym. I do not like that system requires a membership to utilize a large majority of the features. I also do not like that programs control incline but not speed. I love the multiple incline and speed adjustment points. The system overall is easy to use and navigate.

Excellent and easy to use . My wife love all the feacture . The fact that she can watch her workout videos while she running

We purchased this a few years ago. Both my wife and I use it almost daily. Mainly walking on it now after an injury. Works great and am very happy with it.

Really good treadmill. Lots of functions on this that can make it and exceptional training tool. However, you have to have a subscription to utilize all of the built in functions it has on it.

I personally do not like bowflex products, they always come with useless features and more importantly, with extra subscriber fee. The other reason is they always go on sale, huge sale. I got this treadmill from bestbuy for 1000, I would say it’s worth about this price, the machine is quite bit. Handles heavy duty okay. I’m 6’2 230 lbs. I run on it 30 mins a day 4-5 days a week. It’s been a year since I bought it, and it’s still holding together. Just make sure you lube the belt once every 2 or 3 months.

After reviews from other treadmills I decided on this one. First, I'm glad I got it delivered because the box it came in was big and heavy, and you can't beat free shipping vs. pick up. Assembly did take a couple of hours, but not too hard. The wiring cables look like they could be of better quality & the way you're supposed to tuck them in to hide them is cumbersome. I was very careful to not bend them at the ends, or crimp them, as it looked like they were fragile. I chose this particular model, over the one with bigger screen, because I have an iPad that fits perfectly under the small screen. I have tried using the trial membership, but I don't see myself paying after the trial ends since I can just use the manual mode and adjust speed/incline as needed. I have read other reviews about the treadmill breaking down, but I've only had it for about a week, so I'm hoping I don't have any problems. So far so good.

Great treadmill for a great price. The controls are user friendly. It’s a little heavy to move but overall no complaints

I absolutely love this treadmill. It has made cardio so much more enjoyable. Keeps me disciplined with the option to watch my favorite shows on the JRNY app. However there are a few improvements that could be made, such as the rubber cover on the back of the touch monitor does not like to stay in place. Also, being a legally blind individual, the treadmill and JRNY app could improve by adding accessibility option under the settings such as triple tap zoom. Other than that this product is fantastic.

Saw a lot of bad reviews on this unit. Honesty i use it daily and no issues. Slow to react on the touch screen but that isnt a big deal. Love the incline!

Treadmill was great the first day, then immediately started having issues. Contact bowflex customer support and someone didn’t get back to me until a few weeks later. The screen on this treadmill works sporadically. When it does decide to work, it’s actually a good treadmill. Based on this experience I would not buy another bowflex treadmill.

This treadmill is very solid and robust. At 350 pounds this treadmill is like being at the gym on a device costing much more. Has all of the pay optiobs for guided workouts but I prefer the manual settings which are allowed. My wife and I both enjoy this treadmill immensely.

Haven’t used it yet but it is very durable according to the size and weight.

I love my treadmill. It's a very sturdy and durable machine. It is perfect for my daily eight mile speed walk.

Although a pretty big machine, so far so good. The program taylors activities to your performance and if you dont like that sort of stuff you can just do your own thing. As mentioned before it is a pretty big treadmill and a little intimidating when wanting to move around, but it is actually manageable. I have moved it around myself a couple times. The only thing that still bothers me a little is folding the treadmill. Im not sure if im doing it incorrectly, but it does not fold up all the way. Still big and tales up a lot of space when folded up..
