Very sturdy treadmill. Glad i made the right choice. I should have taken the option of getting it delivered. It takes at LEAST 2 grown strong adults to move the box. It took 4+ people to load on truck. Spent 2 hours assembling it with assistance. Initially had some connectivity problems with my wifi since I have satellite internet, called customer support and they were able to get everything working fine. JRNY works great.

Avoid at all costs. Purchased new in 2022 and have seen nothing but problems. My last treadmill lasted for 10 years, this is about a month old with less than 10 hours on it and it doesn’t even work! Wi-Fi disconnects randomly making it unusable until you restart, the tablet reboots mid-workout causing the treadmill to stop and restart, and now a console disconnected error appears when it is switched on. I own all Bowflex weights which work great but this is pure junk. Save your money, and look for another brand.

Bowflex 10 treadmill not overly impressed. Called geek squad and Bowflex (Nautilus) after installation crew was not able to tell me how to use treadmill on manual settings and they also did not know. Had to take 3 days off work for install because crew did not show the first two days.

Well designed machine! Make sure you read the directions through before attempting to put it together and it helps to have 1 or 2 friends to move this around. Build it where you're going to put it lol. It's a heavy machine. It is subscription based but includes a good mix of features. The incline operation is smooth, it doesn't make any weird noises and the touch screen is suprisingly responsive.

We got our machine a few weeks ago and we love it, it does what we need it to. The required JRNY thing is kind a bugger but we just put a TV in the room and solved that issue. But if you don't spring for them to put it together, get a really strong friend because that machine is heavy to lift and put together.

The Bow flex Treadmill 10 is a great piece of workout equipment that I bought for my family gym it goes' well with the peloton bike my wife bought and it was the perfect size to fill the last corner in my family gym it is easy to set up

Stopped working within a month. Really disappointing when you spend this kind of money on something that you can’t use. Call Bowflex customer service who was really nice and tried to help with no success. Part has to be ordered that will be delivered in six weeks, which they don’t know is actually the issue. I am really disappointed in this purchase.

Excellent program Jrny that provides a variety of training with visual, music and trainer. The Bowflex is built better than other treadmills. I feel confident that it won't start shaking or fall apart. Its also is a better deal offerring a full one year trial of Jrny.

Fantastic treadmill! Extremely sturdy doesn’t shake even at the max speed. Had zero issues with the tablet unlike what other users have said. The premium workouts are very motivating however it’s $150 a year. Took about 3 hours to put together with 3 twenty three year old men for what it’s worth.

This is my second review. I believe the first was not posted though I did not break any of the "review guidelines".
I'll keep it short. My wife and I have spent more time on the phone on Hold with bowflex and their warranty company then we have been able to use the actual treadmill. This is not an exaggeration. This is fact. My advice is buy a non-connected treadmill with less complexity. We have replaced the large plastic console with the buttons, replaced the screen and now have a motor control board waiting to be installed by a tech. When it works it is nice.

Bought this treadmill as a gift for my wife of 35 years and she uses it every day. Sometimes twice a day. Previously, she has had treadmills from other major brands and stores, none of which stood up to her regular use. She is really pleased with the Bowflex and thinks it hold up to her test.

I absolutely love this treadmill! It is much easier for me to get my exercise in on those awful hot and humid summer days. I've had this treadmill for 3 weeks now and I find that I am much more motivated to exercise when I can go walking/jogging virtually in other countries.

Please don’t buy this piece of trash… since I got this treadmill always problems with the panel screen freeze, until I got a software error. Months waiting until Boxflex factory send me a new panel just for find a new problem now the control of speed, incliner,fan and the walking belt doesn’t work at all. Now I need to pay $135 plus tax for a technician to give me a diagnosis to fix the problem… this company need to be reponsible for this problem I got this treadmill September 2021, it is new why a lot of problem? The factory should be responsible for an overpriced product that causes problems in such a short time.

Disappointing Product from Bowflex

There are several poor things about this treadmill:
The software is terrible. Despite Bowflex trying to charge you a premium ($20 a month) for the JRNY stuff, the software is not intuitive or easy to understand and there is not a guide or walkthrough (other than a brief walk through that doesn't really explain most of the features when you first sign in).
You cannot use the screen for watching videos, etc. Unless you have an active JRNY membership (again, $20 a month). Even then, the only video streaming services you can use are Disney, HBO, Prime, and Netflix. You cannot use Youtube or whatever other apps you want, despite this being a tablet running a custom version of Android. I believe Bowflex locked these features behind the JRNY subscription because there is no other reason to use JRNY because it's not good and they just want that sweet, recurring subscription revenue despite not providing a good service.
The screen is also very poor quality. I'm not sure what the resolution is or what type of screen it is, but it looks like you're watching through a dirty monitor because of the poor image quality. I have better screens on laptops that I had in college 20 years ago.
The Bluetooth heart rate monitor does not work. It charges for a couple of hours and then glows solid green to show that it is fully charged, but then it does not turn on. This makes sense, since it is obviously very cheaply made.
Overall I am very disappointed in the treadmill. This is my second Bowflex purchase; the first was the select-tech dumbells, which were very high quality and well worth the money. However, this experience has turned me off to Bowflex. Since I have the extended return period, I am still considering returning the product, but I am weighing that against my desire to purchase and assemble another treadmill. Very disappointing overall.
