Do not waste your money.

The company replaced the shredder and the same thing happened again. I only used the new shredder two times before the same thing happened. The warranty protection was one year after the original purchase not the replacement item and it is now past the warranty and Boxis will not do anything to help me. They should stand behind their products. If the same problem occurred with the new shredder it is clearly an issue with the shredder. Once again I only used it twice within that year. I did not use it every day. The papers that were being shredded had no staples and were flat. I placed them in the tray and the motor broke. Can not even use the manual feed slot because the motor died.

140/90 sheet shredder
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this best shredder brand i ever own but wish best buy would sale the 90 sheet version of this shredder plus my old shredder broke after a year trust me dont get 10 sheet insignia i was wrong to rank 5 stars but that brand was peace of junk so dont buy that shredder buy boxis brand i recommed it to all
