It cannot be shredded when I put a bag inside the bin and the light of bin full is on. Manual has not mentioned that. I try different way to put the bin bag inside the bin. Only one time ok and then not ok anymore. Finally, I give up to put the bin bag inside the bin. I am disappointed about this small thing. My old shredder has no such problem. It is quite quiet and that is pretty good.

Excellent paper shredde!

If one does overload it, you can reverse the paper flow and reduce the number of sheets and re-start the shredding process. You will not be disappointed with this shredder.
