I had this mount for a little over a year. The suction cup worked great with good holding power to the window. The arm is flexible and holds its position well. But today it broke. The plastic part that connects to the suction cup broke off on the inside. I really thought if anything was going to break first, it would of been the suction cup not holding suction anymore but that was not the case. I really didn't expect it to break so soon. I would think that this mount would last more than just over a year. I will be contacting someone in regard to what kind of warranty there is on this mount. Hopefully I can get a replacement or maybe a new part to fix it. Other then the short life span of this mount, I had no other problems with it.

Exactly what I was looking for as a windshield mount rather than a vent mount phone holder. When pre shaped before attaching to windshield it works great on smooth roads. If you try to adjust and angle or go over bumpy roads it will come loose, which is not good. Would recommend but with the caveat that can come loose while driving.

So I got this to hold my cell phone to take video in my car for auto cross racing. My GoPro camera is junk and this seemed like a cheaper alternative. I have used it once and loved the out come. It stayed in place, held my I-Phone 6 no problem, and was only $20. Very pleased with it. Perfect GoPro replacement.

Love it. It would have gotten 5 stars if the arm on it was a little bit longer. It sticks very well to the windshield, and holds my Samsung Galaxy S5 perfectly with room to spare, so it will hold an even larger phone. Easy to get the phone in and out of it, and it also holds the phone securely in place.

This mount is great since it is not fixed and can extend with a super strong flexible wire that stays in place no matter how rough the drive. The only complaint is the attatchment that holds the phone isn't necessarily locked in place, it's simply slid onto the the back of the wire.

Works great and holds my iPhone 6 snug so that it doesn't fall off. I use my phone for GPS driving directions and this makes it much easier to take a glimpse at the screen when I need to without looking down or away.

This product is well built and once installed, it moves very little. I like the fact you can extend it to accommodate cars with deep windshields. The only draw back is that when you position the phone sideways, the base can slide off the holder if you turn sharp enough.

My Bracketron Grip IT, with its long, but flexible arm, lets me place my iPhone right next to the steering wheel--Great while using the GPS app! And it rotates--sometimes I use portrait mode, sometimes landscape.

Bought this to go on a trip and use gps on my phone and still use it afterwards just to hold my phone. Keeps it nice and tight without it ever slipping off even when the car brakes are hit hard. It's worth it!

Bought this item to mount my iPhone to use it for navigation. The item worked as advertised, was easy to get the phone into, but felt a bit shaky. The suction cup base at times takes a bit to get it in position properly. Wish it mounted like my Garmin does, but oh well.

Works much better than Magnetic holders on Jersey roads. Very easy to add and remove mini tablet while bracket remains in place on windshield. Foam grips do come loose, but a little glue can fix that. Overall this is definitely worth the price.

Holds nice to the window and phone. My only complaint is that it vibrates to much to see the phone clearly when driving.

Suction is strong and holds well to glass....it will drop if glass gets really cold, but only if you push it. Phone stays in place and is great for GPS...right off the steering wheel and easy to see without getting in the way. I've used three now, and this one holds up the best and can easily be positioned.....

This product performs as advertised. The flexible arm allows me to position it exactly where I need it, the "gripping" system allows me to easily insert and remove my phone, and the suction cup system works perfectly. I only wish the button for removing your phone was a bit more prounounced. I am glad I purchased this particular model. A recommendation: wherever you mount it, I suggest you find a way to support the arm to minimize bouncing. The suction cup won't let go, but minimizing bouncing is nice. For instance, if mounting on the windshield, put a bend in the arm to rest the holder on the dashboard. It doesn't bounce and stays perfectly still.

Used it as my gps as I traveled from coast to coast and back again. Worked great I found it works best on the left side of the front window where it does not block any part of your view

Fits perfectly into cup holder using suction at the bottom. Phones are at a good angle while driving, able to see who is calling without the distraction of looking down at the phone.

I bought this bracket for use on a long trip, Stuck it on the windshield, put my phone in it and drove 1500 miles, Not once did it fall off or have an issue. Worked perfectly.

I bought this for both an Iphone and Droid phone. So far it works great even with the difference in size of each phone. It is a little big compared to others though.

This phone mount is simple to install and does an excellent job holding my Samsung Galaxy S5 in an optimum adjustable position.

Good product, serves its purpose. Only gets a 4 star because my phone falls every so often because the end piece doesn't click on which can get annoying.
