Awesome Mount

I had tried numerous mounts from many manufacturers and they were are cheaply made with plastic. The Lux mount is the only one that uses high quality materials and you actually feel like you get something for what you pay. This is the second one I bought after the first one wouldn't stick to my car console. I called Bracketron directly and they informed me that you should do the following to make sure it adheres to your dash or wherever you want to place it in your car. - Clean the dash - Peel off the 3m Sticky and place on dash - LET THE MOUNT ACCLIMATE FOR 24 HOURS BEFORE USING. I followed their directions and so far so good. It holds my iPhone 7 and my wife's iPhone 8 Plus plus just fine. They said they will be updating their instructions to reflect this key point.

Wasn’t able to use the mount at all due to it being unable to hold to my dash. Used the wipes that came with it to wipe down the dash. First tape wasn’t sticky at all so I figured that piece of tape was flawed. Tried the second one that came in the package and it was also no good. Overall bad experience.

This is the second Lux car holder I bought because I loved the design, but it just wouldn't hold. Don't waste your time with this brand.
