This car mount is perfect for a compact SUV as it is not too bulky but still holds iPhone 7 plus perfectly. It just shifts a little whenever you do a sharp turn making it a little turned and will keep you fix it at times.

It works well if you have the right kind of vents but I have a Mini Cooper and all of the round vents I have it doesnr fit well. Luckily I have a different shaped one on the dash board so I am able to put it there.

Works very well with any size phone. Easy to install and use.

Easy assembly and fits well in my Ford Fusion. Stable when Apple iPhone 7 s place d in it, but when I tried it with heavy leather cover it was unstable. Still, works fine when taken out of leather portfolio case.

I have an older car so it's hard to find something to hold my phone without blocking vision or being a distraction. This vent clip holder is so great. Easy to install, durable and easy to get phone in and out of.

Fits most phones. Would have rated it 5 stars but the ratcheting system will wear out within a year or so. It's inexpensive though compared to other holders and works well so i just replaced my broken one.

For the price and stability of the product that stays straight on the air vent, I say it's great. Plus the price point isn't as expensive as the other one my parents bought from a different best buy.

What I was looking for. Very sturdy in my air vent and holds my Pixel 2 very tight. When you initially squeeze the arms around the phone Google Assistant is activated but after that it stays quiet.

This holder works well in my car's air vent. The "gripper" feet really hold the phone securely to the vent's "fin" and I love the bottom "shelf" which supports the phone's weight. Two concerns: The feet that hold the holder in the vent are about 2" apart and aren't adjustable which means they may not be the right distance to fit your vent's fins. Second, the arms that open wide to fold the phone are operated with a plastic push button which ratchets the arms to open and close. It feels somewhat flimsy and I'm concerned it's going to break with repeatedly putting my phone in and out of the holder. But until they break, it works well at holding the phone and I'm very pleased with it.

My wife’s van has zero surface and I didn’t want it on the window. This device is perfect for clipping in the vent. I’ve bumped it a few times and it hasn’t fallen off. It allows my iPhone 7 Plus to fit nice and secure. It is also perfect for landscape mode in case you do gps while driving. Totally worth $20

It’s not bad, I drive a 2009 Dodge Vehicle so the vent is bulky and sometimes the clips can come of while driving. I prefer the window mount but since I live in Texas sometime the phone over heats up in the windshield so I figured I would give this a try. I uber about 30-40 hours a week and it’s nice for that quick open and easy to put back the only problem with the grip is it blocks both sides of the phone near the mid bottom and can’t reach the extreme sides of the keybord so I have to pull my phone out to send my quick premade text.

The holder stays in place on my AC vent while driving. The holder’s spring activates wings keep my IPhone X securely in place. The tightening nut allows me to adjust the phone to be adjusted to the proper angle and stay secure. The downside is the release button. It is tucked too far into the right side of the holder making it cumbersome to push to release the phone without dropping the phone.

My truck didn't have a place to put a phone. Bought this holder and it installed in the vent perfectly. It does rattle if there isn't a phone in it . Other than that , works great .

I intitally bought the product because I had to constantly look at my phone for calls, gps, or other important messages. I know it's not a good idea to look at the phone while driving. So when I came upon this product, i knew this could help me avoid any future problems. It is very easy to put it together and place it near my air conditioning vent. It holds my phone well and it's easy for me to use gps and make calls without looking down.

Great for holding your iPhone or android phone or even a GPS. Sometimes it gets loose but just push it back on and it will hold long and steady just as long as you don’t knock it off!

It is the sturdiest air-vent cellphone holder I've come across. It's also easy to use one-handed. The phones that I've tested are Galaxy S10 & iPhone X, both with moderate-sized cases. So far it is acceptable sturdy, but looking at the holding/clipping mechanism, I'm not sure how stable this mount will be in the long run. It'd be a 5 star if this product was in the ball park of $15-20 range.
