The product is durable and the suction is strong. Most of the time, I don’t even need to worry about it not sticking properly.

It's really a 4.8. The only reason it's not a 5 star b/c it's pretty wobbly in traffic. But I love it otherwise. I like the deep grip so my phone doesn't slip off with my phone that's inside an otter case and has a pop socket. Maybe next version, they'll figure out how to stabilize it a bit.

Gripping mechanism sometimes gets stuck need to close it all the way and reopen it for it to grip phone

Have only used the vent attached, common install, with old car have not had much luck with any model but it does the base of holding phone

I used the vent mount and it pulls down the vent having the phone pointing parallel or downward. The unit hold the phone w/case better than other devices.

Great for all phones sizes. I purchased because I had to replace my old Bracketron which used the vent clips and they broke. Would have given 5 stars but the new version did not have the adjustable rollerball so I had to scavenge it off the broken one to use with the new one.

Very easy to set up. Vent mount worked very well. Window mount was alright, but if you're going over any mildly bumpy roads, it's going to shake a lot. Still, not bad for the price.

This was my second one I bought and the lock/unlock button on the phone holder continually does not lock. It's not that well made. Haven't fastened it to the window, only attached to the vent. I'm really disappointed in the lock/unlock button. Poorly designed lock. Not very stable. 2nd one and the same issue. Yes, I use it several times a day in my car. Sad that both started doing the same thing after 2 weeks of use. Poor craftsmanship.

This does its job, but matches the price. While the suction is strong and the hold on the phone works great, the ability to shape the cable leaves room for a lot of bounces while driving since the connector is not solid. But, in a pinch (which is what I was in), a good price for a phone mount

The adjustment button waa broken within a week, not very sturdy for continuous use??? People usually do not leave their phones in the care so it should be much sturdier!!! The suction cup is fantastic!!!

Great suction and easy to use. Extremely simple and gets the job. I definitely overpaid but it is a good product. It’s durable, just feel like I paid too much for something very basic

This product is very stable, hold your phone very good

I needed this to extend from the windshield with the arm resting on the dashboard which should have provided added stability. Unfortunately, it constantly moves and twists. It won’t hold an upright position. It’s a bad design more than bad manufacturing.

I've been using this mount daily for the past year. This mount suctions to my windshield securely and holds my phone really well. I use this mount daily driving around at home. I also travel frequently and pack this mount to use with rental cars so I can easily see my navigation apps rather than fumble with the phone while driving in strange locations. I just clean the windshield and the suction cup on the mount and off I go without worry about juggling my phone.

I really like this product, it stays on and you can set up anywhere on the windshield. With the bendable long handle you can move and adjusted anyway you want. Only thing I don’t like it doesn’t stick to the dashboard.
