The item itself is somewhat sturdy, but mounting onto an air vent itself on my vehicle was a week side towards the phone mount.

I love this mount. We have 4 of them between the family cars. It is easy to mount and works well on my windshield. I have not tried it in the vent only because I don't like my phones there. It is very sturdy and i have never had it fall off my window,

It’s a great product and the small version holds really good. However, my only concern is when you put your phone on the thing while driving, it’s so shaky and it’s not stable enough to hold your phone in place. Also, I don’t like how it only sticks on the windshield not on the dashboard. But overall, it’s a great product.

The TripGrip mount works fine for basic use, but the grip feels a bit weak when holding my phone, especially on rough roads. It’s easy to set up and adjust, but I wish the hold were stronger. Overall, it gets the job done, just not perfectly.

This works really good it is sturdy it does not move around as your driving you have 2 options stick it to the windshield or clip it the the vent. Both options work very well.

I used the vent mount and it pulls down the vent having the phone pointing parallel or downward. The unit hold the phone w/case better than other devices.

This cellphone holder sticks very well to the windshield. The horizontal 'clamp' is easy to release, and it's easy to manage while in the driver's seat. It's my second one; Very satisfied. Note: the vent holder is a little limited... some model vehicles have thick vent blades, and the vent clamp is not flexible enough to grab it without breaking, IF you force it.

Has a very secure suction cup and multi positional gooseneck that is great for larger vehicle like a pick up truck for the windshield is farther away. The cradle is added and will also rotate to the horizontal position and accommodation radiophones nicely. So far this is the best three similar devices and I purchased.

I got this on clearance for a trip. I held my phone most of the time, but I think the other times it didn't was user error. It was easy to set up and helped me use my phone for GPS.

I've been using this mount daily for the past year. This mount suctions to my windshield securely and holds my phone really well. I use this mount daily driving around at home. I also travel frequently and pack this mount to use with rental cars so I can easily see my navigation apps rather than fumble with the phone while driving in strange locations. I just clean the windshield and the suction cup on the mount and off I go without worry about juggling my phone.

Would not stick to my windshield I had to put double sided tape on it.

It does the job but I have had to replace it several times over the years as the stem separates from the suction cup after a while. The one I bought this time around; the release button is very tight and hard to press to release the phone.

The flexible arm is a very smart idea. I am using it for a different purpose - dash cam holder. Reversed its orientation. My dash cam would fall when exposed directly to the sun. Bad suction cup. This one does not have a problem with hot windshield, it stays attached.

I didn’t like the product because it is too hard to bind and place it on the car windshield

So far, very good quality, sturdy. Easy to set up and in and out easy access for cell phone as well.

Its very easy to mount and position, to add your phone is just a click of two buttons. The only thing is that after a while it came apart, I guess because of the heat. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one since it was in warranty.

I was limited as to where I could place a phone holder. The Best Buy employee helped me to find one that I could use. My son installed it for me and it’s a life saver! I am new to driving in North Carolina and I use the GPS on my iPhone a lot. Before buying this phone holder I would either lay my phone on the passenger seat or in my lap and was forever having to pick it up off of the floor! So this is a GREAT product for my needs.

The product seemed sturdy enough, but I recently found that the adjustable arm and base is slightly losing its grip? I really don’t think it should be this wobbly.
