The mount is good for regular use. The design is sturdy, easy to install and holds my OnePlus smartphone comfortably.

I use this to hold my Iphone while I drive. It never comes off even when the weather changes. I am completely happy with it. It even fits my Iphone 8 plus with an otterbox defender case (just have to slip it through).

The brackerton windshield mount is very light and it is very easy to install and uninstall. I have a iPhone 6 plus with a otter box and a lot of mounts did not work with my iphone 6 plus having the otter box on. This one worked perfectly.

I purchased one of these devices for myself to use due to a new local hands-free law. Moved it to my wife's vehicle for a trip. She liked it so much that she kept it! We now own two of these. The suction cup has not let go after several months, including a longer than usual Texas summer. The arm is very stable and does not move or rotate with vehicle vibrations or road bumps. Very easy to set/remove our phones. If I ever need another device to perform a similar function, this will be the one I purchase.

For all those times where I tried to make videos or glide while driving, and gotten a ticket for holding my phone...this windshield mount is perfect. I was able to attach it to the windshield pretty easily and it is easy to use.

I bought this device to hold my phone in place while I'm taping my video blog. It sticks to the glass easily but firmly. Also, it is very easy to fit the phone in it and then have it release. Very flexible and durable. Love it!

My new car did not have a place to set my cell phone so that I could see the GPS (the prior one--I put behind the steering wheel on the steering column in front of some of the gauges). I decided to try this and immediately realized what I had been missing. Placed on the left right by the pillar, it holds the phone in the perfect spot. Only issue--the phone vibrated due to it being on a 10 inch stalk attached to the windshield with the suction cup, sort of like holding something out with your arm while driving. Easy solution--some little round adhesive bumper pads from Home Depot on the bottom of the holder, and the holder rests on the dash (attached to window, resting on the dash). The phone does not move at all. Awesome investment.

I love this windshield mount. I've had it on my windshield for two months now and my phone has never fallen. I like that it allows for the flexibility to adjust the mount without having to re-position the suction cup.

I like the size if the holder, and the suction is holding up great in the Florida heat

The release button was stopped working second week I had it. Then I broke it trying to get my phone. Best buy would not refund me or in store trade. Said I have to contact manufacturers. Aight nobody got time for that. For $30 I would expect it to last a little longer. I bought a magnet one on eBay for $10. Works great

This is a great windshield mount. I have a large phone and it feels secure and sturdy when driving. The suction cup works perfectly and it is easy to adjust the position to suit your needs.

This is not my first carrier for the phone but it is, by far, the best. Strong suction combined with an easy to place and remove the phone bracket make this a winning combination.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first as I have always used device-specific car mounts. But it was easy to install and it holds my phone perfectly. My only complaint is that the holder has a little play in it. Not much but enough to be a little annoying. But it has held up to the intense heat this summer and has never fallen off my windshield.

Durable, flexible, strong, and compact makes it possible to mount to my windshield behind my rear-view mirrour with my Garmin positioned above the rear-view mirrour so that my windshield remains completely un-obstrukted..

I bought this after 2 previous (but different) windshield mounts failed after a year or so each. We live in South Florida where the sun beats down on the windshields pretty hard and the silicone/rubber disintegrates pretty quickly. At any rate I bought this "Universal" mount to use with my Tom Tom XXL540 GPS. The mount itself appears to have good suction and seems like it will stay well attached to the windshield. Although the GPS can sort of be jammed into it, however, it barely fits and is not sitting in the unit all that securely. On the occasion I use my cell phone's GPS that does fit well. I use my Tom Tom 95% of the time, however, and it really is pretty annoying that they couldn't add 5 cents worth of plastic to make it open up just a little bit wider to better accommodate the units that are out there. My XXL is NOT an extra large model - it's an average size. Anyone with a bigger unit is not going to be able to use this. Universal it is not . . .

very stable and fits well on the windshield; good product

The suction cup feature has stuck to the window and has not budged in over three months. It is very sturdy and doesn’t shake or rattle.

Does exactly what it's supposed to: It attaches to the windshield very nicely and holds my phone securely. The fold out feet make it so I can slip my phone in and out without having to adjust anything. The only nit I have is the fold out feet prevent me from plugging in an accessory line to my stereo. I can live with it, though.
