I am able to plug in my charger (not included). It was challenging figuring out how to make it stay on the dash, but once we found a flat part of the dash, it's stayed well. There is no glue or adhesive, it uses a suction cup-type design.

Good dash phone holder

adhesive is not strong enough

However, the bottom adhesive/stickiness is not nearly strong enough. I got it to "stick" to my dashboard, and to my windshield. However, shortly after putting the phone into the Bracketon, the entire thing would come unglued, and fall to the floor. In the end, I ended up using sticky glue to attach it to my dashboard. But really, the built-in adhesive should be much stronger.
