Within the first three weeks, I saw the results. It is easy to use. With their app as a guide, I learned which head to use, the power settings, and which method is suitable for the area in which I use the device. At first, I felt the shots, but then I got used to them. I can assure you that it is not at all painful. Unlike epilators, which numb the skin after use, this IPL laser has no after-effects other than smooth skin!

I love this thing. I have pale sensitive Irish skin and dark brown hair and would always get ingrown hairs downstairs and strawberry legs with shaving. I use the device right after shaving the area I want to treat and I don’t get the usual ingrown and the new hairs are coming back slower and thinner already and it’s only been 3-4 weekly sessions. Normally my armpit hairs would grow back within 24 hours and now there’s barely any after a full week. Excited to continue seeing results and even my bikini line is not irritated. I used full strength in all areas. Heads up, you will feel it happening, it’s not 100% pain free especially if you didn’t do a close shave, but I haven’t experienced any bad side effects afterwards.

Over all product is good and work as expected. Only thing I noticed is that, on what type of skin and hair it works is only printed on box. It would be helpful for other potential buyers to have this information on bestbuy product images.

I have thick dark hairs and naturally tan and this product works great for me! I read the reviews and didn’t get my hopes up that this would completely permanently remove the hair but it’s definitely gotten rid of 75% of the growth on my legs. All you have to do is shave once a week and use the laser right after. Normal shaving for me would grow back in 1 day. I saw immediately after the first use that i did not have to shave again until a week later. And the thickness has gone down immediately after one use. I tried the product on my arms and face and it works everywhere for me. Definitely recommend as an alternative to traditional laser hair removal if you want something less painful. Definitely worth the money!

Please do your research before purchasing this device. This device works best with pale skin tone and dark hair. For those of us with darker skin or tattoos, this device can cause problems. We weren't aware of those problems when we ordered the device and now can't use it. Among the warnings, do not use on scars, tattoos, if you have skin conditions, if you have brown or black spots, moles warts, birthmarks, if you been recently sun tanned or burned, if you have very dark skin. Do your research. That being said, it's a good looking device. It feels solid and, we suspect, works as advertised. It also comes with a good looking storage box. As annoyed as we are that we didn't know about all of the warnings before getting the device, we are VERY glad that the warnings were all written up and included in the instructions. That Braun allowed us to educate ourselves before using their IPL means that we were able to avoid potential harm. For that, we thank Braun. I don't know that we would recommend this product to everyone. If the warnings in the instructions don't apply to you, it may be wonderful.

Worked better than I thought it would. You do have to be consistent with your schedule to see a change. Also recommend that you clean the heads after each use. I’ve had a few issues with the glide feature. It will click multiple times before it flashes.

I’ve used if for almost six months now seen great results on my legs not so good on my arms. But it doesn’t work hopefully I will be hairless by the end of the year. Hurts a little in the beginning but the more you use it the easier it becomes.

Best thing ever invented. Wish it easier to use on the boney area of my legs. After 2 uses I can tell the areas that I missed.

It has different adjustments but not too good it’s good though
