    I bought this as a Christmas gift and it was no longer needed for this person. Was unable to return this item in January after Christmas had passed even though it was a gift because there is a 15 day window to return after purchasing. How would I have been able to return this within 15 days if it was purchased in November and needed for Christmas. Absolutely a waste to now be stuck with this product that was NEVER OPENED that I do not need. Unreal that is even the policy to begin with but especially during the holiday season. Do better

    Feel cheap, you after wait until is fully charged to work good, will not work if is plugged in, so if you forgot to charged will not work.

    What did I like? Basically nothing. The charge time is absysmal, doesn't work if plugged in. The whole thing feels extremely cheap. The guard doesnt snap on right most of the time so you have to hope it clicked in just right or you'll be without a beard altogether in a few seconds. I bought this trash to replace a $20 Remington trimmer i had for 10 years that died. If i could go back to that, I would. Stay away from this.
