Great product. Easy to use and really clean shave. It’s cleaning capability ensure it’s easy to maintain and always ready. The compact and light nature of the items also makes it an excellent mobile device.

In my experience the Braun electric shavers have been the benchmark other electric shavers attempt to achieve. I was looking to update/upgrade an aging series 3 shaver which was not appearing to hold its charge as well and chose this series 7 shaver. I was immediately and pleasantly surprised at the features, the quality of the shave, the speed of the shave and the comfort. My only quibble is, unlike the series 3, the trimmer is not integral to the body of the shaver. It is a separate head which can be snapped on in place of the shaver head. The trimmer in the series 3 is a permanently attached popup on the back of the shaver. Switching out the heads on the series 7 is not difficult, I just found it to be a minor disappointment. Considering the ergonomic design of the shaver body an integrated trimmer would not fit into this body design. One of the reviews on this shaver commented about the instruction booklet which is packaged with the shaver being a mostly picture book. It is an accurate description. Considering the shaver is distributed internationally, I can understand why pictograms are used. They are not difficult to understand with a little study.

Excellent electric shaver. The key is a trimmer that runs (in a line) between the two foil shaving areas. This trimmer cuts longer hairs, making them short enough to get shaved by the foil shavers. With previous shavers I’ve used, if I don’t use for a few days, it doesn’t work properly. I have to shave with a razor. It’s no problem with this Braun shaver. It works well under my chin too, which is a problem area for other shavers (and even for razor). Battery charge lasts a long time. I have not plugged it in at all since initial full charge about a month ago (I don’t shave every day). It now beeps (after finishing shave) to indicate low charge, but I want to see how much longer it will run before plugging in to re-charge. It comes with accessories. Obviously, a charger. There’s a trimmer head that swaps with shaver head. Haven’t tried it yet. It also comes with self-cleaning system that’s like a stand with reservoir for cleaning fluid in its base. Haven’t used it either. Rather large (relative to size of shaver). Ongoing purchase needed to replenish cleaning fluid. BUT it’s not required; shaver can be cleaned by brushing off area under removable head (small brush included). I’ll maybe set it up (where I have more space) and use occasionally. In summary, a well-designed easy-to-use product that’s worth the price. After using one month, I’ll say it’s best electric shaver I’ve owned.

I’ve had this Braun shaver about three months now. It replaced a Phillips Norelco that I used for about 10 years. The Braun gives me much closer shave in half the time, so it’s easier on my face. My shaver before the Philips was so a Braun and I really liked it, but the battery stopped holding a charge after three or four years. That’s why I went with the Phillips. It was a higher end model but never shaved as well as the Braun. The trimmer attachment works very well too for grooming. It has a hard travel case which is a huge improvement over the plastic screen protector that the Philips had. The only reason I didn’t give the Braun 5 stars is because of the clunky and somewhat expensive cleaning cartridges. The Philips cleaning system had a reservoir that you filled yourself and the refill bottles of solution were pretty cheap. Otherwise this is a great product and I have high hopes that the battery technology has improved.

This is my first electric shaver after using a safety razor for 25 years. It is easy on the skin with no irritation. I was surprised how close of a shave that it provided. After a couple weeks of ownership I have no complaints and would recommend this shaver. There is a slight “learning curve” to get a close, complete, and quick shave. It is a good value if purchased “on sale.”

I've used various Braun shavers for over 30 years and this is the best one to date. It does a very good job shaving and following the contours of my face. The instructions for the cleaner were not good at all but once I figured it out it's been a great feature. The shave itself is fantastic and I won't remove a star simply because of the poor instruction manual.

Great close shave. Fast charging, easy to clean with the charging base.

Bought as a gift for my grandfather and helped him set it up. I have a 10yo series 8, so I have no doubt the actual shave head works well, but I was a little disappointed that the includded trimmer is a separate attachment on this one (was built into the series 8, but that one did break after a few years so maybe this design is more robust). Additionally, I preferred the drop in design of the old 8 series as push button connector on this one sticking up 4 or 5inches above the unit is an eyesore and prone to being knocked over (and was one more step to show my aging grandfather, but otherwise is no big deal). I imagine this isolates the contacts from the cleaning solution, but I never had a problem with that in the other unit.

The shaver does a good job providing a close shave. It’s more comfortable than expected and it’s battery life is fine.

While this gets you a good shave there's 2 flaws that are pretty annoying: 1. There's a hole at the bottom of the head that allows the hair clippings to leak out of. That's pretty annoying because you have to rinse the shaver out every use if you're traveling or have clippings all over the travel case 2. Putting on the sideburn clipper is annoying. I came from a Panasonic Arc shaver and I miss the pop up sideburn clipper

Great product. Easy to use and provides a clean shave. I like the cleaning capability but be aware the base takes up space on the counter and requires cleaner refills.

I love it, the quality is superb, charges fast and stays charged well after I'm done shaving. I can use it as a wet or dry shaver which is awesome.

Close shave on first pass even with to two days without a shave. My face felt like a pro razor cut shave on my first pass. Good charge and clean station.

It shaves well which is what a shaver is supposed to do. However the trimmer attachment, while it works well, is a bit of a pain to install. Overall, however, a good product.

I had used a rotary shaver for several years before switching to this one. This razor definitely gives a much closer shave than my previous razor. The charge lasts me a few weeks and the cleaning stand does a good job of keeping it clean.

Great Shave at a reasonable price, Self cleaning option is amazing. and the travel case that comes with it so convenient.

Shaver works well, but instructions were by pictures without English directions. Since this was the first time owning a Braun it took a while to figure out how to clean it. They are recommending that new shaver foil needs to be replaced every 2 years. Was disappointed that it was only supposed to last such a short time and no second part supplied.

Braun Series 7 cordless razor is a excellent razor and gets close when you shave and holds a charge for over a week and the turbo button makes shaving a lot quicker.

Shaer is close and comfortable. Insructions consist of somewhat confusing diagrams and nothing written in plain English. Could really o with a meaningful script.
