I switched from the Panasonic Arc shavers to the Braun Series 9. These are both quieter and much more comfortable than the Panasonic. You get a close shave with little to no irritation. The hair trimmer however needs improvement. These shavers have a great automatic cleaning base station. But it you don’t use this, they are manually more difficult to clean than Panasonic models.

Looking for a great shaver then look no further. This shaver is very good for people with sensitive skin. I like that it has a self cleaning system built into the charging base. It is a little pricey but it is worth it.

I purchased this shaver as an upgrade from another Braun shaver that finally died after over 10+ years of use. I am very glad that I did. It works great on my skin with no irritation or bumps. I have coarse, curly facial hair and Braun is the only electric shaver that I have been able to use and experience this. (FYI, I do not use any cream or lubricant when I shave, even though with this particular model it is an option. I shave dry, wash my face, and then apply aftershave lotion upon completion). I am able to shave to a smooth finish on my skin. The clean and charge base is also a huge upgrade. It now includes a fan for drying so the shaver does not remain wet longer than it needs to. This is a great feature for blade longevity.

This is my second Braun razor. Excellent shave and I love that it's wet or dry. The cleaning cycle is faster than my old razor and does and excellent job. It's an expensive razor but worth the price.

The Braun Series 9 Shaver (9095cc) is overall a very good razor. Provides a close shave and is easy to clean. Previously used the Panasonic Arc4 shaver, which had a more effective sideburn trimmer versus the Braun Series 9.

Though it is pretty expensive, I am super happy with the purchase. I have sensitive skin, and this shaver has saved me from the razor burn I get with a manual shaver. Totally worth the money.

Great shaver to replace my ancient 3 series. Shaves very well on face and head as well. Still not perfect along neck line, but better than anything else. Works well wet and dry.

Well the verdict is out on my new Braun I have only had it a month and I must say I am truly impressed, first electric shaver that can almost give you a shave as close as a razors edge. I use this shaver to shave my face and head every morning and I have owned many other electric shavers including other Braun series but this bad boy is king. My review is for all of those looking to purchase an electric shaver if you are a man of the blade this should not apply seeing how razor blades will always give you the closest shave but with consequences for most.

This razor delivers the best shave I have ever had. I am a long time Braun owner. This razor has positioned the trimmer on the back of the razor. Previously it was on the front and it would break quite easily. Couple the change with the best shave ever and the Braun is a winner.

This is the best shaver I've ever had. I've had electric shavers for over 20 years, including Braun, Norelco, and Phillips. Other Braun shavers I had would shave close, but the razor heads would self destruct. I've had this one for 1 1/2 years now and it shaves as close a s a razor! And, the blades don't self destruct. I replaced the blades once so far. They stay sharp for a long time. My only complaint is that it uses the cleaning solution quicker than other Braun shavers I've had.

I have used a rotary electric razor for the past 20yrs and have not had great luck with more than a days worth of growth, and even then I would have a 5 O'clock shadow by 12 O'clock!. A friend suggested I try the Braun and said it mows down several days worth of growth easily without skin irritation (I have very sensitive skin) and gives a very close cut. He was right, I'm extremely satisfied with this Braun shaver and wish I knew how good they were much sooner! Highly recommended

This razor does a great job and is very comfortable. I am worried about replacement parts, however, when they fail.

I have owned at least two electric razors in the past. One was a Braun I bought about 10 years ago. Both would leave a stubble but would do in a pinch. After reading the reviews of the Braun series 9 I thought I would give electric razors one more try. Being old school I have primarily used the current Gillete razor. I would rate this series 9 Braun a 9.5 to the Gillete Powerball razor a 10. I now use the Braun 9 more than I do the Gillete.

I am very happy with this shaver. It shaves quite close without irritation. The self cleaning feature is super.

Definitely great for a smooth shave. The battery lasts a long time also.

1st Foil shaver I have owned and glad to have finally ponied up the money and bought one. While I did like my Norelco rotary shavers over the years, This foil shaver is wonderful. It took me a week or 2 to get use to how to shave my face most efficiently and effectively. tried wet shaving and dry shaving , before and after showers. I have my routine now and it works great . really close shave and very happy I purchased it.

I bought this to replace my old Panasonic wet and dry shaver. It's fantastic as a dry shaver; I haven't used it yet as a wet shaver. But it's the best clean shave I've ever had, compared to all the shavers I've used in the past. The battery life is great - it holds a charge for an extremely long time, approximately 8-10 shaves. A little pricey, but well worth the extra expense. I would highly recommend it to anybody.

Wet/dry feature and trimmer work well. Holds a charge for at least 7 days. Easy to clean.
