I had version 7 and thought it was great, but this version 9 has a better cut. The cleaning cartridges from the 7 also fit the 9 which was an added bonus. Overall if feels good in the hand and feels very solid. I would definitely buy this razor again.

Easily the best electric shaver I've ever owned. The only thing I am not so crazy about is the locking mechanism, it's very flimsy feeling. I'm afraid of I use anything more than light pressure, it'll snap. Otherwise, gives an amazing, close shave.

Braun is one of the best shavers out there, but for this price it would need to do much better. I think for half the price Serial 7 is much better option, as you get almost everything as on 9 Series.

This is pretty good shaver. It does a nice job overall. No hair falling off the shaver which is good. Compare to the price I was expecting more smooth shave. Also, you have to keep buying the cleaning detergent as a downside!

I bought the Braun Series 9 shaver as I was sick of shaving with a manual razor. It's definitely a good electric razor, but as I mentioned, it's about as good as they get. I've tried every type of electric razor out there, and while the Braun does the best job I have ever tried, it still is not as good as a manual razor. My recommendations, after you buy this, start with a good clean shave manually, and then shave every morning/evening with the Braun (do it before you shower). If you do that, it'll do a pretty good job keeping up with your growth..

This shaver shaves really well. What would have been great is if there is more information on the device about the percentage of the battery and the level of cleanliness to know when to clean without having to put it on the cleaner.

My first electric razor. Using on a daily basis and love the results. Waterproof so simple to use in the shower on a daily basis. Use it for regular shave and also to shave my head to a nice smooth finish.

The shaver gives you a pretty close shave. However, the difference between the 700 and 900 series is minimal in my view. I have used both now. All in all, happy with it...but was hoping for a little bigger difference.

Excellent shaver to replace my current panasonic one. Though pricey it does provide perfect smooth shave any time in dry conditions as well. Meets the claim of removal of 3 day growth with no fuss.

Best shave I've ever had. I have to shave often because I usually have a 5 o'clock shadow by the time I'm done with breakfast. I use this often and have yet to get and razor burns or irritated skin. Love this shaver!

Barun 9095c proved an excellent choice for my rough and uneven shave. It's much faster and smoother than my Norelco rotary shaver. Specially worked great on the neck portion. I love this shaver!

This is an excellent shaver. I upgraded from a Series 7 and it is superior to that shaver. The shave is closer. Cleaning station is quieter also. Would recommend if looking for new shaver.

It gives a much closer shave and it does not nick or cut your skin like others i have used in the past.

I cannot believe I paid this much for a shaver. But it works great, smooth and quick. So you get what you pay for. The only downside is the cost of the replacement cleaning cartridges.

This is a really nice shaver. Third Braun in about 25 years and this one is the best yet. Clean and refreshing every morning with the cleaning system. Definitely recommend it.

I bought shaving powder to help this razor. Waste of money. This shaver doesn't need any help. Probably because of the cleaning/lubrication the shaver gets between shaves.

I had the 7 series for over 10 years and loved it - needed to replace and knew I wanted a braun again, this takes everything to a whole new level - great shave - comfortable

I've been a long time hand razor shaver. Having used an electric razor a long time ago with poor results I've been very pleased with the job the Braun Series 9 does.

This is the best shaver that I’ve ever purchased in my life by far! I was very hesitant in spending so much on a electric shaver but I finally decided to give it a shot because I have very sensitive skin and wanted a great shaver to reduce irritation because the traditional razor was irritating my face badly and the electric shaver I had before also irritated my skin but this one give me zero irritation and leaves my face feeling as smooth as a actual razor shave! Highly recommend spending the extra money on this electric razor u won’t be disappointed!
