I've only had this a few days, but I've used Braun shavers for at least 25 years. This one replaces a Series 9 I wore out. To be clear, this shaver is significantly better than the Series 9. It's difficult to tell what Braun did to make such a marked improvement. Some say it's the foil, well it's not just that, because I had a Series 9 pro foil on my Series 9 AND it was only 3 weeks old, so I am using it on my Series 9 pro+. The shave is significantly closer and faster. In particular, it gets long hair better, it shaves my neck better. I've been using a razor to clean up my neck hairs, with the pro+ I have not needed it. The sound is the same, the overall configuration is familiar and comfortable. The battery life is significant and will last almost two weeks for normal daily shaving. With the charging carry case, you will easily get three solid weeks without AC on a full charge in both units. The trimmer is better, positions better from the shaver head is wider, and the blades stand out more making cutting sideburns and pesky nasal hairs easier. Is the Braun Series 9 Pro+ perfect, nearly so. When used with a little shaving cream and hot water, I can't tell the difference between it and a blade shave. And that, after all, is the measure of success. I've attached two photos, one of the front with my old Series 9 and the back of them with trimmers up.

Best Razor I’ve ever owned! It’s expensive, but worth every penny! I highly recommend it!!

This is a big razor. I upgraded from a lower Braun model and this one is a better razor, but it is bigger in the hand. This model still uses the same clean and renew cartridges which is good, and the cleaner appliance is slightly smaller so that is also good. This model includes a travel case with battery. It is big and heavy, but is still very useful. I charged my razor for a full week from the case and it still had battery life left so I think I can trust it for a 2 week trip with no worries. This is close to the top of the price range for electric razors but it is worth it.

I’ve been using the Braun Series 9 PRO+ for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly the best electric shaver I’ve ever owned. The shave is incredibly close and smooth, even on thicker or flat-lying hairs, and it doesn’t irritate my skin at all. I have sensitive skin, so this was very important to me. The SmartCare Center is a big plus — it cleans, dries, and charges the shaver automatically, so it always feels fresh and ready to use. The battery life is excellent, and the digital display is very helpful. I also like that it works perfectly for both dry and wet shaving. The build quality feels solid and premium, and the shaver is comfortable to hold and easy to control. Yes, it’s expensive, but you really feel the difference compared to cheaper models. It saves time, gives professional-level results, and feels like a long-term investment. Highly recommend this shaver to anyone who wants top performance, comfort, and reliability.

I LOVE this. The travel case is great and it’s completely waterproof(Not the case!). I use the cleaning base every five shaves. I’ve used it in the shower many times with both shaving cream and shaving butter. I think it works better with non-lathering shaving cream. Very well constructed. I feel like when I use it to shave my head, it lasts 1/2 day before I feel the stubble. A razor lasts a whole day before I can feel stubble in my head.

Score 4.75 -- rounded to 5. Incremental changes at best: still trying to determine if the 94M cassette beats the 92s -- since mechanically, the 9376 & 9567 are the same? Moreover, the precision trimmer on the 9567 surpasses the oddly rounded trimmer on the 9376 -- nice and precise, able to finely cut straight sideburns. As for the cleaning station & solution, it seems to be a modicum of improvement -- quietier. The solution is suppose to be an improvement: it has better a more Lemony fresh smell, and cleaner lubrication properties. Again, why tamper with the best already smooth sensitive shaver: that's essentially what Braun has done -- only keeping the best slowly improving until the all new 10 series arrives! Thus, worth buying with full confidence!

Coming from a Phillips 9000 prestige, this unit is hands down a superior performer. I have sensitive skin and a thick hair profile with some odd growth patterns. This shaver took my 9 day beard off in 10 minutes with no irritation even when dry. It is noisier than the 9000 prestige but is easier to use as it does not require circular patterns or precise pressure control. The cleaning station does a good job and has a fan to dry the blades after cleaning. I was nervous as this is a pricey shaver and there are mixed reviews on foil razors for thick beards, this unit is the exception and powers through it with ease. I have tried many shavers in search of an electric unit with the comfort of a straight razor shave, and this is by far the closest I have found. It does not shave as close as the straight razor but is much safer and faster with comparable comfort. I cannot praise this shaver enough.

I have had the series 5 Braun for many years and take very good care of it with regular maintenance. I also have had the Phillips shaver for many years with regular maintenance and trim head replacement. Both of my previous shavers work but their battery life is deteriorating and I wasn’t sure if they are worth replacing the shaver heads. I purchased the 9+ pro. I am happy with this shaver. Do I get a closer shave? Slightly better than both Braun 5 and Phillips shavers. Better batter life. Quicker shave. Worth the money? More expensive than needs to be. I still can’t get as close a shave on my neck. However, no matter how many times I have run the shaver over my neck I don’t get a rash over my face and by looks there is no apparent stubble, but I can feel very yiny stubles

I have been shaving with an electric shaver for more years than I care o admit. I've used Braun, Panasonic, Norelco, to name a few. I finally decided to take the plunge and spend over $300 for a shaver. My decision has been rewarded ten fold. This shaver is one of the fastest and closest shaving device I have ever used. There is no circular strokes needed. Just a simple straight up and down action shaves the beard to the closest to a blade razor as I have ever had. Just a few strokes and I am done. It even gets the neck hairs that my previous shaver always left making me use a beard trimmer to cut them close enough for the shaver to cut. I can't say enough positive things about this shaver. I heartily recommend this shaver, love the cleaning care center, and now that I have used it find it well worth the cost.

[Employee of bestbuy] This is the second Braun shaver I have owned, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. It gets a very close shave especially for a foil razor. Its quick and convenient and runs beautifully on a charge for at least a weeks worth of shaving. But if thats not Long enough dont worry. It comes with a battery powered travel case. While the travel case is a little bulky i dont think ill ever have to bring the charging cable on a trip. Just the case.

There is no better electric shaver on the market Braun is a beast I have very corse hair and delicate skin and this is by far the closest and most comfortable shave you can get with an electric razor I also can go a few days and believe me I have a heavy beard and this razor cuts through it lit a hot knife in butter it’s great for head shaving and super easy to clean with the self cleaning charging stand one more note is that the battery life is fantastic and the blade lasts months

I previously purchased a Braun 7, due to not wanting to spend the money. It is ok, flawed by the blade falling off if you had to put pressure to get a close shave. I kept it for a year, until the series 9 pro went on sale at Best Buy. I’m so sorry that I waited. This razor is hands down the greatest razor available on the market. This razor gives you a straight edge shave without the nicks! I have to shave every day, never a burn, unlike the Series 7. A bonus trimmer attached to the back, you can get a total shave in a couple of minutes. The smart cleaning station, gives you a clean blade every time, it knows when you skip a cleaning, and moves to a higher clean. You won’t regret spending the extra money on this razor.

I have had a Braun Series 7 razor for several years. As good as the series 7 is this razor is much better. It is very gentle to my face and provides a very close shave. My face has been peeling for several years. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this razor has greatly reduced the peeling.

Great shaver. Very close for an electric shaver and appears to be well engineered. I would buy it again. The one negative is the user brochure provided with the product. Good luck understanding it. The pictorials are a substitute for written directions. Use of the cleaning tank and for its maintenance is not even mentioned.

Exceeded my expectations. I bought this razor to replace one I had which was two versions old. The improvements made with the new version are really impressive and made a good razor much better. It works very well and I highly recommend it for anyone considering a new electric razor.

I've been using Braun electric shavers for several decades so I was happy to pick this model up on sale. I really like the hard travel case that doubles as a charge base. Everything else is pretty much the same as the lesser expensive sport model. The shave quality is good compared to the sport model I have, however, its easier to hold onto.

This is a very good electric shaver. I had the 700 before but this is much better. It is also more quiet than the 700. It is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. I purchased it on sale.

The best thing about ghis shaver is the carrying case which charges the shaver. You take it on vacation without worrying about cary extra cables. It is always ready when you need it and the shave is amazing. The thing I don’t like about the shaver is its price.
