After reading the reviews, I was convinced I was going to be happy with this. So here's the deal, it does hurt (but that was expected), it doesn't grab all the hairs and after using it, I felt like the price was a little high for what it does. I had an epilator that I bought for less than $45, but i lost it. This one does the work exactly the same!! Reason for 3 stars: it says it is safe to use on the fave, but i wouldn't think so. The head is too big and you can easily grab some lip meat if you use it on your upperlip. It only comes with 2 heads, but the manual states it was supposed to come with 3, and it just so happened that the one they suggested for the face does not come with it. Overall, I wouldn't pay more than $50 for this.

I always wanted to get an epilator but ALOT of the reviews made me leary. So glad I took the chance. Easy to use right out of the box, no learning curve. Legs: fast and painless. Upper Lip: also fast and painless. No irritation, bumps, redness as others described. Just hair free smooth skin. I did both my legs and upper lip in less than ten minutes. Okay, so the underarms ...Zowy-owy-ow-ow-ow!!! ... That Hurt ... But I got through it and glad I did! Smooth, hair free underarms. I've owned this product now for about a month and a half. Have only used it twice because I only needed to use it twice, because the hair really does come back very slowly and finer. Finally Best Buy customer service was great. I found the product for a lower price elsewhere and they honored their price match guarantee with no hassle. Love best Buy and my new Epilator.

I reviewed several before purchasing this one for my daughter. She didn't want to shave. At first the noise scared her, but it words. For the price I'd recommend it. I ended buying another one for myself.

Might scare the first time users but its worth it... Fantastic for hands and legs...not much for underarms. Haven't tried on face

I bought it for my wife. She was amazed of this Braun Epilator. She had the older version.

The epilator is really nice. Though it can be used on wet skin as well, but I've never tried it out. Cleaning is a little tough as small hair doesnt come out easily from the head of the unit after usage. Battery life is more than sufficient for multiple usage.

It's great widget, fast and easy. Bought it for daughter.

This epilator really works. Used it in various places and was pleasantly surprised. Hair regrowth is slower than waxing. And not too painful.

Trimmer cap is not there so it hurts when start shaving as it come direct contact to skin .It is perfect if cap is there
