The game is good. Nice visual update from the 3ds version. Nothing much else changed. However, game key cards are an insult to consumers. Storage for the Switch 2 is expensive and we are now asked to fund the storage instead of the game being included on the physical cartridge. This was the first and last key card I will be buying. The only good thing is there is some resale on the game but honestly, if the option to purchase the game on Steam is available, I would rather go that route... even without the chance of resale... due to PC storage being much cheaper overall than MicroSD Express space.

My wife got this game. She loves it. She didn’t put it down for two weeks.

The game is greatly crafted. It invites you to play it. The images are very well crafted.

As someone who got to play the original, the game plays about as good as the original. The quality of life features that where added make the game play even better, but I wish it had more in it.

Son purchased this game for his new Switch 2 he got for Christmas. He loves it.

Never got very far in the ds version but gave it a try back in the day. You can definitely tell it has been enhanced and refined for the switch 2.

Good update to a classic game. It does not include Bravely Second. The download thing is annoying but not a big deal.

Bravely Default is a fantastic example of taking classic JRPG tropes and combining them with modern sensibilities to create a masterpiece.

I'm glad they finally did a remaster for this game. Loved playing the remaster for the 2nd game on the switch 1.

Same as the 3DS game just a bit more quality of life stuff. $40 is a good price because the game is relatively long and the graphics are just slightly upscaled.
