The game its not that hard to master, the length of the game its maybe his weak side, focusing on the main objectives it would take you around 50 to 60 hours and its doesn't really have a replay value. Other than that its a solid hame with good storyline if you are looking for chill and casual play

A Treat for Bravely Default/Job System Fans Only

Compared to the previous Bravely Default titles, II has more polished gameplay and job system mechanics. It was very fun to play, if not a bit grindy. Biggest complaint is a cast of unmemorable characters and a subpar story. These characters are not as charming as the ones in the original game nor End Layer.
If you are in the mood to play a game with a job system or want to keep playing Bravely Default, pick it up. If not, you can move on.

Good Jrpg, job system is so fun!! Revo's music is tier 1 in the whole soundtrack area. Story is not as good as BDFF1 but BDFF 1 is a miracle, so no need to compare with BDFF1.
SE needs to release an update to solve the problem that the game is running smoothly enough on Switch.

Very fun game. I was concerned if the game was related to bravely default 1, because I didn't play bravely second, but it does not. It continues the style of changing jobs, and risk vs reward of braving vs defaulting. It felt less linear than bravely default 1.

I LOVE this game. Final Fantasy vibes all the way through, a classic SE game. World is beautiful. The default combat makes it tactically interesting while providing a fast paced turn based combat that isn’t too slow or boring for classic RPG lovers. Music = amazing. Artwork of the world is unique and gorgeous. Would pay lots of money to see the early Final Fantasy games 1-6 remade in this style. Only drawback for me was how terrible dag was with his voicing and writing was over the top. Story isn’t the most riveting thing ever but I like it still. Characters are fun. No issues with anything else so far. If you’re a FF and SE fan you’ll love it!

This game is amazing and incredibly re-playable. Now that the Final Fantasy games have evolved beyond their roots. f you're looking for an old-school FF style game, this is is. Turn based, great jobs system and engrossing story. It's like this game was made for me.

This is a polished JRPG complete with turn based combat and quests a-plenty. Great voice acting and beautiful story book style and design. Some of the dialog is long winded at times. The graphics are poor during zoomed in scenes. Be prepared to do some grinding to level up your characters. Some of the battles are difficult if you're not prepared.

If you're a fan of classic RPG's then this is certainly a must buy. Has probably the best town art aesthetic I've seen in recent years and the job system is the right balance between accessible and robust.

Fantastic classic JRPG for people who like a challenge. Combat is fun, job system is engaging, and soundtrack is phenomenal. Looking forward to additional titles in the series in the future.

The gameplay is the same fun system from the first two, but with all new characters a a grand new story. So whether you loved the first two or just want something new, this game is a whole lot of hours of fun. Though it isn’t as good as the first two in the series it is more accessible as the switch is the current system. While the story didn’t grab me like the first two did, I also have less time as an adult to enjoy games. This game is definitely a five out of five stars. I guess I just expected to recapture that feeling I had when I played the first game as a kid. I guess that’s part of growing up for some of us though. Still an excellent game.

With over 100 hours logged in to the game I can say I thoroughly enjoyed this. If you're looking for an excellent turned base RPG were you need to utilize strategy to beat bosses this is the game for you. It reminds me of SNES RPGs however it does have some quality of life options such as speeding up combat if you're fighting enemies to level up.
The story is ok, but the gameplay is great. I will emphasize though, boss fights are HARD. You don't necessarily need to over level to beat them, as long as you figure out a strategy for whichever boss you're fighting.
If you're a fan of JRPGs and have a Switch don't pass this game up.

Had to take a break to catch up with other games, but the first couple of hours at least are a lot of fun! The battle system is as fluid as ever, and the jobs are better designed (imo) and have fun stuff going for them.
There's some interesting different to BD that makes sense, but I do miss some things. The music and graphics are both great, I only played handheld and everything looks and moves fluid. I miss the game having a stronger, painted aesthetic overall, but it still looks good.
Definitely a fantastic addition to the Bravely franchise, and feels like a proper number sequel for the main series.

Confused by the name since this is technically the third game in the franchise. However, when it is Bravely Default, all that matters is that you'll have a good time! If you haven't played the others, don't worry. You will enjoy this all the same! This one doesn't disappoint!

Hands down one of the best RPGs to come to the Nintendo Switch! The graphics are gorgeous and the the soundtrack is very well done! As someone who has been into the series since the 3DS games, I can say that this one has the best gameplay and features!
My only complaint is for the preorder bonus plcemat being made of paper.

I'm near the end of the game. This is a typical JRPG, the jobs are interesting and provide a decent set of combos that you can come up with. The game's brave/default system is interesting and provides depth for the combat encounters. One thing I do find somewhat irritating, is that generally the fodder enemies you use to level up are hilariously weak compared to bosses. Most boss encounters early and then late game I found I needed to play at least twice, once to get a feel for what they do, and a second time to adjust my team composition or to change the items I am wearing to nullify a certain debuff. I guess compared to Octopath, this game presents a bit more of a challenge, where as in Octopath I found a team comp I liked, and bulldozed the game with it.

Nothing new to see here. Very standard jrpg. Non-memorable story, boring, budget feeling cutscenes...good music tho repetitive in spots. Graphics are nice tho there are some questionable art direction choices with how bland any non monster characters are in the game (theres a looong dungeon full of generic knight enemies, bland or annoying faces on main characters etc). Game surprising runs kinda chuggy at times with a lot of stuttering. Some environments in the game are prettt plain. Side quests are a comolete joke and are 9 times out of 10 totally awful. Good combat system tho. Saves the game from feeling totally mediocre.
