It's Bravely Default 2. You pretty much know what to expect. A quest to save the world, fun party members, multiple towns to explore. The job system is simply amazing. So many different abilities to learn and take advantage of-the battle system is great.

Really high difficulty spikes with regard to boss fights. If you understand that going in, you will have a better time with it. A lot of grinding and fetch quests off the main story arc, but still worth your time if you are a fan of turn-based JRPGs.

Wow bravely default is always an amazing game and the jobs and skills in this one all feel great to use (save one class) but they feel impactful and it doesn't feel overly Grindy as well the story is good and the endings are heart wrenching!

Despite it's name it is actually the 3rd game in the series, but it's taking the Final Fantasy approach where the numbered games don't share the same characters and world. It's a fun turn based RPG with a compelling story and a fun Job system.

So I missed out on the launch of the game but when it went on clearance I decided to pick it up it was about $35 or so and I haven't played it yet but by all accounts it's a great game although formulaic RPG but for the price it's fine

I played the previous 2 games on the 3DS and I like the gameplay of this series. The Brave and Default are unique gameplay components that make this series different from other RPGs. The art style and chibi characters add a nice touch.

Good little old school RPG, great art, great music

This is classic FF incarnate. Charming characters with their own motivations, a decent plot through line, and a robust and fun job system make this one of the more enjoyable classical JRPG's in recent years. This isn't a FF7R type of game, or even a DQ11 kind of game, but if you're a fan of classic FF then you will be a fan of this game.

A very polished classic RPG experience. Great music and presentation, but characters look a little out of place. Gameplay mechanics are very deep and customizable, but the story is a little slow.

Very fun and well made second series of the Bravely Default franchise. After playing the first Bravely Default on the DS but skipping the Bravely Second one, I picked this one up for my Switch after much fanfare and the Square Enix product did not disappoint! I am playing casually for the story and the AFK mode for free money and ship helps as a casual for being able to make up for lieu of grinding time, but others will enjoy a Standard and Hard difficulty mode which was not available before! Must buy for all lovers of JRPGs and the various Skill and Job classes making this a very creative and wide affair for all players of all kinds. Music is SO great too

Bravely Default is a great turn-based series, which is harder to come by nowadays, and this is an excellent addition to it. The soundtrack is phenomenal as expected.

This feels very nostalgic playing this, as it felt very similar to the style of FFIX, FF3 & 4, and even DragonQuest 7 & 8 on the 3DS. The music is amazing, as usual with Bravely games. The 'tone' of the story feels much more serious than the previous two entries where it was somewhat corny sometimes, I wish it was expanded on a bit more though. The battle system is A+, and it can even be difficult at times, especially so for new players of the series I'd bet. I'll make this a short review, if you enjoyed the first two even a little bit, and enjoyed the old-style JRPGs of Square-enix then this is a game you'll enjoy enough to complete.

I already had a copy I bought this one for my Nephew who played my copy and wanted one for his own. Great Game with a good story and game play.

Got it for $30. If you’re a JRPG fan, it’s a solid game to unwind and play in your down time. Another one to add to your backlog.

If you loved the other 2 bravely default games this one is awesome at this time I’m still playing it. With only 20 hours so far in the story it’s a really good game.

Bravely Default 2 is a great RPG for the Switch that is a must play for fans of classic turn-based games like Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, or Phantasy Star. The story is straightforward but features strong characterization. Locations are beautiful, dungeons are fun challenges, and the ability to speed up battles is great. As a left handed person, I particularly love the one-handed controls mode, which maps everything to the left hand buttons. I wish more games had this! Overall, I had a blast with BD2 and would recommend it to any JRPG fan. You'll find a lot to love.

Awesome game! I really enjoyed the story, the characters, the turn based combat, and all the jobs you can play around with. If you like JRPGs, you need to get this.

A great game! Many good classes, characters and story. Much fun! Would recommend to those who like classic J R P G and the tropes that come along with the genre.

This game is amazing! I love it! If you like classic JRPG games, this one is a must. It's grindy, but in all the right ways. Great graphics, story and more!
