Great in concept, poor execution.

However, the sound is very molded and boxy. It lacks any real bass. It sounded great when I was choosing between the 4 songs on the demo model, but as soon as I unboxed it, connected it to my device and hit play, I was met with extreme disappointment.

Deceptive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Says it can seperate your voice from the background at 80 decibles...true but it didn't say that it does NOTHING to suppress the background noise. The background noise is louder than the conversation according to the person i'm speaking to. I had the radio on in my car very low and was asked to turn it off because it was louder than my voice. It's comfortable in my ear and volume is good. Voice control doesn't work while it did on my last headset. If you are always talking in a quiet environment this headset works but any noise at any volume overpowers the speakers voice.

Did perform as expected

I probably got a defective unit. After the initial charge it did not perform for very long maybe 2 hours before losing BT connection in and out. Returned to store for refund.

One detraction is that there are virtually no instructions. There's a battery button on the back but I'm not sure what that does. An led inside the speaker grill will flash periodically, and I think this is just to let you know the unit is on. The solar panel is neat and lets you listen without draining power, but it does not double as a charger for the battery (if it does, it is insanely slow).
