Everything about this unit was nice except that it should have been louder for spending $100 on a smaller unit. Slightly disappointed, but it works great and I've dropped it in water and everything works without any issues. I've had the product for a few months and use it everywhere.

I gave it a 4 because I have yet to use it in the elements , it's supposed to be weather resistant, I just haven't had any bad camping or hiking this year so far. It did take a couple bad drops/falls , and it's still working. Volume can be kinda hard to hear sometimes in high winds

Solid well built speaker. Pairing with phone was simple and as described. For the price the sound is excellent. Has ample power handling to fill a mid sized room with undistorted sound. Great battery life. Very happy with this purchase.

Great overall speaker for the price. Solid construction, very durable. Able to take a beating and still keep playing. Sound is crystal clear with a deep base to it. Very simple to connect to any phone. Overall very satisfied.

Sound is very good. Does not sound tin-y like some small speaker systems can get. The durability and build are solid; I haven't dropped it any considerable distance, but it feels like it will withstand it. I bought this for my father (age 45) and he finds it simple and convenient to use.

If your looking for the best sound from a Bluetooth speaker, this falls short. However, it has good sound quality and is rugged. My daughter takes it everywhere and has held up great. I bought it on sale during the holidays and it meets my expectations.

I bought the Braven after trying several other Bluetooth speakers. The battery came fully charged and has played a full afternoon and only lost one light on the battery meter. Easy to use. Quick setup. Clear sound. And you can use it to charge your phone. No complaints.

Nice compact lil speaker its good, has nice sound and being waterproof is a nice feature. Battery last pretty long as long as u turn it off when not being used.

I bought this for my son He works in a restaurant kitchen He uses this at work and is holding up to the abuse. He played this in my car and I could not believe how great it sounded. We are both impressed.

This speaker performs better than a much more expensive one we bought in the past, & is also waterproof, a huge benefit for us, as we will be using it on a boat & a pier! We like it so much that we bought another one for a birthday gift for a family member.

This speaker is what you want for teenagers that are wild and relentless towards electronics that are used outdoors. It's water proof and can handle being dropped and banged around through everyday use, however it it not to be used as a swimming companion.

Nice compact speaker and well proportioned. I have knocked it around already and had it splashed. I use it on construction sites and on a kayak and it is perfect for both. You can even skip songs just by holding down the volume buttons for a second.

Great product. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I would like the speaker to be a little louder, but completely understand due to the package size. It's durable with consistent performance. I'm glad I bought it.

This little speaker has a very nice sound and fills a room at a pleasant level. If you are looking for a big boom box sound you may want a bigger speaker. This is actually great to take out kayaking because it is waterproof and by the pool.

The sound quality is great and the waterproof feature is awesome. The functions are not really easy to understand because they don't happen instantly when you press the buttons. But once it's on it is superb. I would recommend it to everyone.

I love this portable speaker. It holds its charge for a long time. The sound is as good as you can expect for a speaker this size. Perfect for the back porch or the beach.

I bought this because of the waterproof and endurance factors. I like listening to music when I'm cleaning, especially bathrooms. I haven't had a chance to use this yet. When I went to, I read the instructions, which stated to charge it fully first. Lights are supposed to indicate when its charging or charged. I haven't seen this. I've pushed the button for this. I'm not sure it's fully charged. I also didn't realize that there's only a USB cable to charge with, not a wall plug. I'm recommending it in hopes once I get it charged that it'll sound as good as the display.

I've been using this for several months now for a variety of applications. Initially picked it up as an auxiliary speaker for a two way radio and have since found many uses for it. The speaker allows you to use a cable and plug directly into your device, or operate using Bluetooth. I keep it on my desktop and listen to my Ipod or phone, then carry it out and put it near my truck while working in the shop. Overall it has a good volume, perhaps a bit stiff on base, but for a single speaker it delvers decent music quality as well as good voice for podcasts. I can get about a week of use, 12-18 hours of listening, on a single charge

For the price and the size this is the way to go. Not to mention the fact that you can charge your phone and its waterproof. Feels extremely durable. I also got to pick out my favorite color, red.
