This album is Staind's best by far. It has the classic Staind tracks like "It's Been A While" and "Fade" and "Outside." If you're a Staind fan you must have this album, bar none.

For me personally this is Staind's best album. I love the band's brooding feeling and this is one of my favorite albums because of that.

Not the biggest Staind fan but I do recall a good deal of the songs on this album played on the radio back then. I also found the songs I didn't know initially to be good. Not bad.
