Stopped working after a couple of hours of use.

Bought it 20 days before my grandson's birthday. It worked for a couple of hours and started making a clicking noise. Stopped working. I took it to Best Buy three days later, but they refused to process the return because the purchase was made more than 15 days prior. Returning the item to the manufacturer has been impossible. My intentions were to return the item and repurchase it. since my grandson loved it. Too much trouble. Lost $140.00
