It cuts fine,; needs re-engineering of handle

Electrically & mechanically the knife is well made and cuts the turkey just fine. The only item that needs improvement is the design of the body. It is not comfortable and when my hands get turkey grease dirty, the handle is difficult to hold & the trigger w/o using both hands.

The button design and layout on this electric knife make it painful and dangerous to use. Engaging the safety and the "trigger" simultaneously is the opposite of ergonomic. I feel guilty donating this item to good will. Don't waste your money.
