it irons?

First off, I dont know whats with getting best buy products shipped to me but some how they've all come beat up and used looking. This iron look like it was refurbished and i did not order a refurbished item. As for the iron itself, its mediocre. I like that its cheap. I like that the dial tells you exactly what clothing material instead of like other irons just the amount of heat. However, the instructions are horrible. The light on the iron doesn't work half the time. I have no idea when its ready or not. On top of that there is no arrow or any indication that the heat level your on is the one you want. The dial spins 180 but i have yet to find where a line or something telling me what setting I'm on. It does iron though. So if you just want a hot plate that flattens clothes but keeps you completely confuse go a head and buy this
