I had my eye on an espresso machine for a few years. I felt really intimidated by the bigger models, and I think this one is a perfect one to start with. I use it pretty much every day, and it is a really good beginner's model of an espresso machine. Beyond the machine itself, I would suggest also buying the puck screen that fits this size (slightly smaller than 54) because it makes a dramatic impact on the quality of the extraction. Those are just a few bucks, and available lots of places. Overall, I'm super stoked about this!

Easy to use, small and practical.
Super cute and does deliver on promises of ease, quick espresso.
I returned it, and upgraded to the barista express because I had to purchase the grinder and dosing funnel separately racking up the total price.
If I had all accessories already, or I wanted to make coffee from store bought espresso grounds it would make sense to keep it. I wanted the full experience.

I became fed up with yearly replacing my DeLonghi espresso machine due to very bad leaks, despite periodic descaling per the instructions. So, my wife encouraged me to pull the trigger on the Breville Bambino, even though it cost 3 times what the DeLonghi did.
My Bambino is too new to know about its longevity. But the espressos I have been making are much better than the DeLonghi, and the cappuccinos are amazing. The steam wand is so much better, and produces such silky microfoam. Also, this machine comes with a very nice pitcher for the steamed milk.I have hopes of even doing latte art, with a bit more practice. i could not be happier.
The Bambino comes with 2 single-wall filters, and 2 double-wall filters, which sit inside the portafilter handle. (1 for single shot and 1 for double shot). The instructions say that the double-walled filters are for pre-ground or inferior coffee. But I found that even with excellent, freshly ground coffee (I have a burr grinder at home), my results have been better with the double-walled filters. I just mention this to be helpful. Not as a complaint.

Switched from D’Longhi to Breville

I switched from the D’Longhi (same type of machine) and used this brand for 15+ years. My new Breville tops it! Same aspect and so easy to use. But the actual two shot espresso it delivers surpasses my old Dlonghi! Yummy and so flavorful! If your looking to switch, do it! I went back and forth did my research. You won’t be disappointed!

We've had a much bigger Brville before which was great, but loud when it was grinding the coffee. So we went for this one without too many hopes. I was amazed that it's really,it makes a creamy espresso and it does not wake up the kids when making cappuccinos in the morning

Great mini machine! This is my first Breville and works very well. I dropped the tank and it was broken within a few months but Breville took care of it!

Love it. I drink 2 double shots everyday and so far, a month in I have been loving it. The entire process of building an expresso eco system is so much fun and so much cash :|. This is a string little consistent machine that is working for a newbie like me. Now I am saving up my monies from the unspent cappuccino purchases at Star bucks for that fancy beans grinder. Fun times

Great Starter Machine

Honestly, I am loving this machine. I am by no means skilled, and so this is a perfect starter machine. I upgraded from a basic DeLonghi and it is a world of difference! If you are debating between spending $75 vs $300, just spend the $300. The espresso takes great (for my tastes, I am not an expert by any means) and I love how frothy the milk gets. It is a fast machine and so far I have not had any issues (had it about 2 months).

Excellent espresso, semi-automatic, but with the ability to customize. Heats up for hot water or steam very quickly. It's my first coffee/espresso maker of any type, and I'm very satisfied with it. No issues at this point, have been using it daily for about a month.
