One of the best purchases ever made. 19 bar of pressure equals thick fantastic crema. Super easy to use, heats up in 3 seconds (Yes 3) milk frothing capability rounds the whole experience. Build quality is top notch, looks beautiful in person and relatively compact. Tactile controls are solid and Pleasant to interact with. We can never go back to a coffee shop again... We use reusable cups which Work like a charm and allows you to drink your favorite coffee (illy). Maintenance is required every Couple of weeks but consists of very easy cleaning of the milk frother. Use Purified water and get ready to enjoy the best coffee you can make for under $1k

This was my Diwali present, and I've been so happy with it!! I literally wake up and get excited for my morning coffee. I now give myself the extra 3 minute indulgence in the morning that it takes to make myself (and drink) a cup of delicious cappuccino or latte before work. It is everything I would want in a coffee/espresso machine- very quick (maybe 60s), very little cleanup (forgetting to clean out a reg coffee maker before vacay leads to mold upon return), and delicious coffee. I'm definitely being nit-picky when I write about the only 2 things that I would change/include: 1) it doesn't come with a handy little towel to wipe the milk frother nozzle, so I have to walk over to the sink and wet the corner of a hand towel to wipe it every time; 2) You can't change the temperature of the basic shots of coffee, so if you decide to make a lungo and add a little milk from the fridge, your coffee will be warm instead of hot. They only have that option for the drinks where you froth the milk. Nespresso-compatible capsules that Best Buy sells are fine for drinks with milk/creamer if you don't have any Nespresso capsules left; but alone, as an espresso, ristresso, or lungo, they're really not good. BB, please start selling Nespresso capsules, like you do K-cups!

I reviewed all the machines, that is, all the high-end machines. And this one is clearly the best. We’ve had it for about a month now and we absolutely love it! Not only is it high tech and the selection of coffee products available to make is extensive, the great thing about it is the milk frothier is external; it doesn’t heat the milk in the machine. It’s just like a real espresso machine with a wand. I’m experienced with a real machines, I have used the commercial products for years and, I must say this home product is just as good as the commercial ones. I would even consider using them in a commercial setting although, the volume would be small; you would need more than one. The great thing about it is the maintenance and cleaning is so simple. There’s little to no residue or, what was important to me, any milk or non-water residue. It is exactly what I thought it was gonna be before I purchased it. I notice a lot of the other products on the market have you pouring milk or non-water products into the machines and, just from experience, that is going to be a maintenance and cleaning nightmare down the road. This machine, is wonderful, beautiful, and so versatile, and, like I said, more importantly, the maintenance is virtually nonexistent.

The Breville - Nespresso machine creates expressos, Lattes, Cappuccinos, and other coffee-based drinks flawlessly. Typical cost per cup (regular) .62¢ large $1.24. It foams the milk and let's even an amateur appear as though they are a barista literally overnight. It is easy to clean and maintain. Only complaint is I wake up early for my coffee and it makes a little noise... Not unacceptable, but enough to wake up others if bedroom doors are open... The consolation is they too can enjoy a cup, in less than a minute of two.

Love this espresso machine! Makes the best lattes and coffee. Great quality. It also has a milk frother. easy to use and clean. Slim design so fits great on my kitchen counter. I also got one as a gift for my sister.

I'm still learning how to use it, but I do love it. That doesn't mean that it's perfect. It's really loud. Makes me feel like I'm in my local coffee shop. It also doesn't seem to make much coffee. As I mentioned, I am still learning, but I tend to make a second cup with the same pod. The milk frother is excellent and I think once I learn how to make the coffee drink that I prefer, that will be excellent too. I'm also planning to buy the refillable pods. I'm glad that I waited for it to be on sale!

I got this for my boyfriend & he loves it! Super easy and quick! Makes the best espresso & lattes. Supposed to make reg coffee, too, but we haven’t tired that function yet. Looks great sitting out on the counter. Not bulky at all. Highly recommend!

Beautiful design, great function. Can make the espresso and steam milk for my latte from the same machine. Using the coffee capsules is no fuss and no mess. Love the sleek, stainless steel look. Nice compact size will easily transition from counter to RV,

Ive always loved coffee but now i love making it as much as drinking it. The creatista is very easy to use with little maintenance. Just make sure you wipe down the wand and occasionally steam purge it once a week. Excellent product!

I’ve had this unit for about a week and I am thoroughly impressed. I have used it daily for my caffeine fix and it has worked perfectly. It heats up incredibly fast iIn the steam wand does an excellent job of adding froth to my cappuccinos and lattes. It’s on screen menu gives you a lot of customizations such as temperature amount of froth and amount of coffee. I highly recommend

I researched other Nespresso machines and decided to pull the trigger on the Creatista Plus. A big reason was the ability to more easily customize the milk (froth level, temperature, amount). I'm sure a regular espresso machine would give me better tasting coffee, but this machine is stupid fast and the pods are convenient.

For people who love coffee, this is a must, especially if you like your milk with the frother. Easy to use, easy to set up, lots of different size options

Been wanting this for awhile and finally invested in it. Easy to use, looks amazing. The only con so far of course was the price hence me waiting for it to go on sale,

I’ll start by saying that this is my second Nespresso machine. I came from the Deloghni Lattissima Pro which is also a great machine and worth considering. For me, the breville is the more complete machine because it allows much more control over the frothing of the milk. To my taste, the milk based drinks also taste better on this machine. I also like the machine has a small footprint and looks great on any countertop. There are definitely less expensive Nespresso options that will give you similar espress, but if you are particular about your lattes, this is the machine for you.

Very easy to use. Makes a wonderful cup of coffee. So many different ways to drink that perfect cup of coffee. I did a lot of research and I kept coming back To this machine. Easy to clean and it looks great on the kitchen counter.

My 1st Nespresso machine lasted 7 years. It was the cheapest one in 2014. Worked great. Had to replace a plastic piece after a few years but it still kept chugging along. Decided to buy this upgrade when the old one begged for a burial. WOW. The steam wand is a game changer compared to Aerochino agitation. Auto purge post milk frothing is a big plus. The software is a flexible as one would want being able to adjust the coffee volume, milk temp, and milk froth. The mandatory cleaning routine does come on after beaucoup refreshments but it is not time consuming, it's easy, it ensures a good output, and it's good for the machine. Don't listen to reviews complaining about this. It may hit you when you least want it to but such is 10 minutes stolen from the life of a coffee drinker. It would be helpful if the unit could be interrogated as to when the maintenance is pending but not a big deal. I am so happy with the product and, as you know, the quality of Nespresso coffee.

For the wannabe barista, this is a great machine. Very simple to make multiple types of coffee and they are very good.

Great so far. Really convenient and easy to use. Makes a variety of drinks and the frothed is nice to have. Beautiful design. Only slight critique would be that the selection wheel could use a little texture to grip it better.
