For the wannabe barista, this is a great machine. Very simple to make multiple types of coffee and they are very good.

I LOVE THIS! It's very easy to set up and use. My favorite quarantine purchase so I can have lattes, espressos and more at home. It's compact and looks great. I've had no issues with the wand, just be sure and wipe it down after each use.

The whole family has enjoyed this machine! From hot espresso drinks to cold ones - we are always looking up recipes and trying new options. The machine is easy-to-use and straight forward while providing coffeehouse level options.

So easy to use. Great pod selection. Use this way more then my Kuerig. It goes on a decent sale from time to time so I would recommend waiting for one of those since it is pricey.

Very easy to use with two buttons and a digital screen. Low maintenance with easy cleaning. Coffee taste is as good as starbucks coffee. My wife and I stopped going to starbucks unless we are out of town.

Great expresso maker. Simple to use and clean. We got this on a sale because regular price is to high. Most of pods are found online. I don’t feel like most of the pods have a lot of caffeine so sometimes I buy my coffee.

For my morning cafe latte is still use my large espresso machine with whole beans. This machine makes quick espressos with almost no cleanup. It is a bit pricey compared to other machines that do the same thing but this one is beautiful and makes a nice addition to a well-stocked espresso bar.

Makes a delicious cup of espresso! Love all the different coffee options it has like: latte, cappuccino, latte macchiatto etc.

I love this little espresso machine. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because 1- they are very expensive and 2- the little pods are expensive. I think the model before this one is a better value.

Bought the Nespresso machine about a month ago. Looks amazing, almost like a functional art piece in the kitchen. Works great, coffee is at least as good as anything we can get from anywhere else. The sustainability program enacted by Nespresso is what sold me. Envelopes to turn in the pods so the aluminum is recycled and the grounds are composted is worth the extra expense of the machine. Ordering from Best Buy was seamless and communication regarding ship date and arrival time was updated frequently.

Great value! I ordered and received next day delivery from Best Buy Genius. This is one of my best COVID purchases. Since I'm working from home, I'll make up to two cups of coffee/espresso each day. I will also run the hot water out of here for tea. I think I've already gotten my money's worth in the past couple of months by saving on Starbucks runs! Love the machine. I fortunately got this at a discounted price when Best Buy/Nespresso had a sale.

Clean and simple setup that allows for steamed milk of all kinds and great coffee with the Nespresso original line. Great machine that allows for detailed customization of milk and coffee amounts and temperature and looks great to boot.

I love this machine, works great and easily cleans. Taste is fantastic. I use two capsules per drink. I have not been to starbucks at all.
