    I never knew how much I need a bamboo cutting board until I got this one. I love how stable it is while cutting vegetables. It does not move. It also doubles as a heat protector on my breville smart oven air to protect my cabinets.

    We use it on top of our Breville oven. It helps to stop heat from escaping from the top of the oven, and it also prevents the cabinets above the oven from getting hot. We haven’t used the board to prepare food, so I can’t comment on that, but it does a great job with “heat management“. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat.

    Unfortunately this item is a requirement depending on you positioning of the smart oven. Mine is under a counter so it was essentially required. Thankfully it's nice to look at and of a high quality.
