Great product to use with the Breville oven!!

It also allows me to set items up there on the cutting board safely even when the unit is in use. I do not regret my purchase.

We used a cutting board previous and altered it so that it wouldn’t sit directl on the oven. This does it and then some. It doesn’t shift

I love how stable it is while cutting vegetables. It does not move. It also doubles as a heat protector on my breville smart oven air to protect my cabinets.

It helps to stop heat from escaping from the top of the oven, and it also prevents the cabinets above the oven from getting hot. We haven’t used the board to prepare food, so I can’t comment on that, but it does a great job with “heat management“. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat.
