We love our oven and this board is a great addition. We used a cutting board previous and altered it so that it wouldn’t sit directl on the oven. This does it and then some. It doesn’t shift

perfect for the top of my Breville oven . And you can put hot baking pans on top of it to protect your table counter.

We use it on top of our Breville oven. It helps to stop heat from escaping from the top of the oven, and it also prevents the cabinets above the oven from getting hot. We haven’t used the board to prepare food, so I can’t comment on that, but it does a great job with “heat management“. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat.
