Absolutely recommend this grinder! After much research on various coffee grinders, I decided on the Breville Smart Grinder Pro and have not been disappointed. The grind options are exceptional allowing you to choose size and quantity to precise preferences. I found the machine to not be quite as noisy as others I've seen, easy to clean and it takes up a relatively small foot print of counter space. Very clean performance with no spillage or scattering of grinds. Great product that I would encourage others to buy.

This grinder works very well and I love the ease of use and range of grinder settings. I would be happier if there was more room for the portafilter, so it could accommodate the filter, plus a funnel and twin spout. As it is, I have to unscrew the spout from the bottom of the portafilter.

The grinder is fantastic, especially if you have a latte machine. Just put the wand in the grinder and it fills it for you consistently and perfectly every time. The grinder deserves 5 stars, the reason I gave 3 stars is because of how Best Buy treats its loyal customers. I bought this grinder for 199.95 on Black Friday deal and use $30 of rewards I had. Then the grinder price was dropped to $159.99. So I did a price match online and it said it would adjust me the $40 drop. NOT WHAT HAPPENED when I accepted what was promised and I clicked accept, they then said I paid $169 for the blender and credited back $10 not the $40 difference that I was told. SO I LOST THE $30 IN REWARDS. I went to the store and talked to the manager and was told to wait and see if I got the $30 in rewards back. Clearly that is not going to happen. BEWARE- Best Buy will not price match if you use rewards. Even though you earned the rewards with previous purchases, they will take that out of the price match. No where on the site does it say that and when you do the price match they will say the will give back the difference, but it is not true!!

My husband and I are obsessed with this machine. The sleek lines, shape and size is perfect for our counter space, I don’t need to hide it in our cabinet or pantry like other grinders. Its settings are easy to adjust in order to ground the perfect amount of coffee from an espresso to a perfect French press or full pot of coffee. It’s also quiet enough to where you can hear it yet not be obnoxiously loud during a grind in the morning. Perfect machine, we highly recommend it!

I decided to buy this after trying a cheaper cuisinart. This a much more robust product and does a much better fine grind. Worth the extra money, but look for a sale price. These are not cheap.

All good. Just needs to be cleaned out more. We found that it gets clogged more easily. Not sure why. Changing beans to see if improvement.

I love this grinder. It’s so easy to use and works great for my espresso grind. I like that you can put the portafilter right on it to grind coffee directly into it. I wish it was a bit cheaper, but was a great investment for really fresh coffee. I like that it has several options for grinding and how much it will grind out.

I love this grinder. So simple to use, it’s great quality, and looks good on my counter. I’ve already recommended it to someone and they purchased it as well. It’s also reasonably priced compared to some other fancy ones that don’t grind for espresso.

Very happy with it, gets the job done. Wished it has an off switch, it is compact enough for my small kitchen. It could be loud and messy to clean it. Had gone as fine as 8 with low density beans. The tamper is OK, the "blade" I don't use it. It is way cheaper than most pro grinders out-there.

I really enjoy this grinder. The grind can be adjusted as well as how long to grind. Not the most expensive grinder on the market but for a simple at home espresso grinder this works well.

Don’t waste money on the cheaper ones. I had a few of the under 100 grinders. So far this is the best and worth the money. Grinds as intended and the noise is not as loud as the others. Easy to use. Nice and sleek for counter top usage. Grinds don’t stick to the canister. Only complaint is wish it came with a 2nd canister. Can’t readily find it to purchase.

Best coffee grinder we have owned. Perfect expresso grind and other coffee selections available. You just pick the number of expresso shots or cups of coffee you want with your choice of grind your looking for. The machine does the rest.

I absolutely love this thing. I was a little iffy on buying it but I am not sad that I did. I love that I can push my porta filter in and it just starts to grind!! It’s great!

Excellent grinder with tons of settings. Easy to use, easy to clean, fast to grind. I have personally used it for drip coffee and cold brew(coarse) and I have had the best tasting coffee I have ever had. Breville makes great products that last with excellent support. Pricy but worth it for the coffee lover in your life.
