So far it’s probably the best machine I’ve had. The steam wand is much better than the barista plus and the espress impress. Pretty great machine for the price.

I was very excited to use my new Bambino Plus but as I followed the directions the prompts thst they gave me were not prompting on my unit. I thought maybe I was missing something and put it away after endless dead ends with the samething happening that was not supposed to be happening. The next day I tried again, needed a fresh start but no, the same thing kept happening. I finally chat GPT's the issue I was having and it told me that I had to reset the factory settings and proceeded to tell me how to do it. Worked like a charm after that! I was annoyed that the Breville FAQ's wouldn't have mentioned if this happend and what to do! I had to figure it out through CHAT!! So, bottom line, like the machine but disappointed that the directions didn't account for sometimes having to reset factory setting s on the machine befor it performs properly! It's not a cheap machine and the ompany can do better for such a simple thing to add when troubleshooting!

Love the quality of the coffe in general, pretty easy to make the milk foam too!

Best espresso machine on the market. The option for auto frothing milk is great for busy mornings. The machine is also pretty quite compared to others.

We had the larger version, the Barista Express, and it did not perform as well as this unit. The Bambino has a simple to use temperature control, the steamer has more power in this unit, and the espresso shots are way more consistent.

The product is fast to heat and start, convenient and easy to use for making a drink at home with the Starbucks quality

I went from a 200$ machine to this 500$ machine and I don't regret it. This truly makes the quality espresso I've been wanting.

This is THE perfect entry level espresso machine. Not only does it offer both pressurized and normal baskets for someone who does not have an espresso level grinder yet, but the auto milk steaming helps take care of another step that would require some learning, while still supporting manual milk steaming for when you feel ready to learn! My only issues with this machine is the drip try gets full VERY fast, typically needing to be emptied within two or three shots (with some preheating done).

This is my first at home espresso machine, so I’m no pro. However, I feel it is definitely capable of pulling a good shot once you dial in your method. The auto frothing functions are great, and it is nice that you can turn them off should you want to learn to stream milk manually. However, there are a few annoying things about this machine - namely the drip tray. It doesn’t slide into place very securely and when the steam wand purges after use it splatters milk and water everywhere. Seems like something that could be easily improved.

Great starter machine! This is my first espresso machine and in a day I was able to make amazing coffee.

My wife was going through withdrawal from not being able to get her daily latte and this little machine came to her rescue. I am a fan of espresso. This is my first espresso machine and could not be happier. It is small and takes up limited counter space. It is very easy to use and took only a few days to be able to consistently make a great latte or espresso. I had been using a burr grinder for my regular coffee and believe the key is to get the grind setting right. You need it to be fine but not too fine. It took a little trial and error. It has not been hard to maintain. The drip tray needs to be emptied and rinsed and make sure you wipe the milk wand with a damp rag each time. The only issue with the machine is my wife loves it so much I have become her personal barista. I have literally been making espresso and latte every morning (and some afternoons) since we got the machine (about one month) and have never had an issue. FYI - I gave it an excellent for ease of use but keep in mind it is not a push button automatic machine. Price is reasonable relative to most quality espresso machine's out there.

This is a great little machine. I have been able to make some great drinks with it! The automated milk frother works really well. Since its a smaller unit, it fits well on the countertop although it is rather light.

I got this as an open box item for significantly less than full retail price. There were some parts missing, but after replacing them with easily available parts, I'm very pleased with this little dynamo. Nice improvement over my venerable Via Venezia.

Love the Breville. Makes such great coffee and this is really compact. We did purchase a grinder so that the quality is amazing.

I did a lot of research on manual and totally automated espresso machines. I settled on one that requires my intervention and one that requires quite a bit of experimentation to learn how to make great espresso. I am still learning, but happy with my decision to get this one. Because of how light the machine is, you have to use 2 hands when installing the portafilter, one for the portafilter and one to hold the machine,

The machine is great. Auto temperature sensor is a bit iffy at times but the machine is easy maintenance and everyone’s favorite. Highly recommend!
