I purchased this machine to save time and money. I buy locally roasted espresso and it tastes better than when I go to the coffee shop. Well worth it!

Amazing Coffee machine, we've had it for about 3 years now! The only downside to it is that the top cup warmer is made of plastic and after a while it tends to crack around the frame from normal wear. Hoping they will later make a model fixing this issue, especially for the price you wouldn't expect a plastic part on this machine.

I use this every day its worth the purchase. I plan on using this for a long time

We love this espresso machine. It is super incredible, very practical and very easy.

Get the protection plan!! When it is not broken and the grind setting and amount are correct and the pump gets the right amount of water, it makes great expresso! During the first 2 months you have a 60% - 70% chance of getting good expresso. My first unit broke after 4 months (pump quit working). Fortunately had the best buy protection plan and the store took it back and gave me a replacement off the shelf! The replacement (a brand new unit) lasted for 2 months before the pump and then the grinder broke. Tried working with the breville customer support who had me extensively disassemble the unit in an unsuccessful repair attempt. Back to Best Buy who, with this wonderful protection plan, promptly replaced it with a 3rd new unit from the shelf. I believe I have a 1-year protection plan and am just planning on having to swap it out at best buy every 2 or 3 months until they declare enough. At which point I will try a different company. This is my first experience with Breville and after what I expect to be 3 more replacement units, will be my last. I do wonder how the people who have left positive reviews feel 3 or 4 months later. I am using my machine twice a day on average.

This is my first espresso machine ever and i love it!! My coffee tastes so much better and it’s easy and fast to use!

Just received it yesterday. Took a little while to setup. And even more to "dial-in" the coffee amount and tamping. Coming from a super automatic, I've had to use Youtube videos to get some "tutoring" on pulling good espresso shots. Its helped immensely. First quad americano came out very good.

Amazing espresso every time, hot or iced! Make sure you use fresh beans and clean the filter after each use.
