Makes quality espresso. You have to position the froth wand just right though or it’s sound is extremely high pitched

Great coffee machine, but it takes a bit of practice to dial in the proper setting. Doesnt always grind the same amount of bean per shot of espresso, so you need to get a bit use to it. The bean hopper also tend to get beans stuck and you would have to give the machine a bit of a shake in order to get the beans to slide in to the grinder. Cleaning the steam wand is a bit tedious as well as the milk will crust fast and require scrubbing it. Overall, good machine.

Had this machine 4 months when the steam stopped working meaning it wasn’t getting hot anymore. Kept calling the Breville ppl and they will give u the run around. U have to be persistent and keep calling. They wanted me to descale. I’m like common sense says the water gets hot but the steam doesn’t so it’s not the temp and the machine isn’t used enough to need to be descaled. I descaled. Called back and they said they needed to watch me descale via video chat. Such a waste of descaling packets. It didn’t work as I figured it wouldn’t. Then they kept trying to get me to adjust and increase the temp. Also don’t work. Finally by like the 4th or 5th call they sent me a label to send machine to be fixed. Was never told what was wrong with it after it was sent to Cali and fixed and sent back to me. Oh and call center is out sourced so it’s hard to underatand ppl. And they don’t know the machine either. They reading manual to tell u how to fix it. It’s a joke. I only had this for 4 months when steam stopped getting hot. And I barely used it. Maybe once or twice a week. But if ur machine quits working be sure to get it fixed before warranty is up!!!

This is one of the best coffee makers,honestly I recommend it to everyone to be used in home or business, the flavor results are amazing

I was skeptical.. Wanting to save money by making my own espresso drinks but still keeping the same great taste I get at my local shop. I'm new to the espresso game so I was nervous. This machine does it all for you. It tastes exactly like it does if I order It from a shop. Worth the money!
