Efficient and easy to use once you get the hang of it. Everything is integrated, leading to very little mess. Just make sure to stick to the pressurized filters and keep it clean.

I've bought the second machine for my son. This is the best Espresso Machine I have ever used. I've been using it for about five years. We drink 5-10 cups of late every day and it works with no issue. Usually we make coffee with Lavazza Qualità Oro coffee beans and whole milk but sometimes we drink decaffeinated coffee and this machine allows you to use ground coffee as well. Finally it has everything you need to make delicious coffee.

I am getting an excellent professional quality espresso coffee out of this machine. I like this particular model of the Breville Espresso family because of its price point and the robust, thoughtful and intuitive design features. I appreciate less electronics and the analog dials looks really great and durable. I would have given it a 5 rating had not for the knocking noise especially when using the steamer. The steam/ hot water generator knob can be improved by giving it some smoother rotation and a strong indication of OFF ( middle position) or a good indication between steam and hot water. Maybe need a lever instead of round knob. But overall, it is an excellent product.

I make cappuccinos just about every day as part of the morning ritual and it has save me time and money going to get one. Well worth the price for espresso enthusiasts. Easy to use and clean. Grab some premium water and get your grind dialed in, it sets your mood for the day. Enjoy.

Love my new expresso machine! Worth every penny! My girlfriend and I use it every morning and evening. Love the quality of the product. Stainless steel design matches my appliances in my kitchen. I get a lot of compliments from friends and family when they come over.

This is by far the best espresso machine I have ever bought...and I bought a few. Pros: - the grinder works well. Easy to fill up and to use. The grind size can be regulated and the quantity of grinded beans can be adjusted. - the water container is large enough so you can make few espresso or cap or hot water before you need to refill it. - the gauge for coffee pressure is useful - cleaning is super easy - hidden storage compartiment Cons: - none! :) Definitively the best purchase for the money.

Better than waiting in line at certain coffee spots. Espresso is a new hobby I picked up. You can slowly get the various tools for this bad boy, but it comes with what you need. Great machine. Don’t forget to dial in those beans.

This machine is fantastic for the coffee aficionado. Able to pour the perfect shot every time, and the frother is a good asset as well and makes perfect micro foam for your lattes. The conical burr grinder is a nice addition too providing fresh beans for every cup. A great mid tier espresso machine capable of delivering exceptional lattes and other coffeehouse favorites.

I love it. The whole family loves it. We make probably 10 cups of either espresso or cappuccino a day - both decaf and regular (using the automatic grinder for regular; switching the filter for preground decaf). Both amazing. It's a little messy but worth it. I have been wanting one of these for a couple of years and my husband got it for me for Mother's Day (on sale). Expensive but so, so yummy!

This espresso machine is terrific. Heavy duty, makes super drinks. It makes others pale in comparison.

I give it only 5 stars because it's all I'm allowed, but it deserves 10 stars; easy to use, easy to clean, makes superb coffee, I also make tea with the hot water spout, and hot chocolate with the steam wand, at first I taught this machine was to expensive; after using it for the fist time I understood I got more than I paid for; LOVE IT, no regrets, highly recommend it. :)

I was new to home espresso brewing when I purchased my Breville barista express machine. I was impressed by the fact that both of my adult children had already shared their positive experiences with the same unit. It’s simple to operate with just the right amount of options to make your own espresso creation. Single or double shots can be easily accomplished with freshly ground beans straight from the machine’s built in grinder. Set your desired level of fineness of grind by the roll of a dial.

It’s a nice machine! Certainly very loud especially when grinding coffee. After two weeks it started making clinging noise, which went away with time. About two months later the grinder stopped working. It’s only making a winding noise. Contacted breville and I’m sending it back for repair. They were nice and send packaging materials. Currently using a 20$ drip machine.

Family loves it. Great starter espresso machine it takes a while to learn how to use the machine but once you’ve got it i promise they’ll taste just as good as a cafe. I would buy the warranty just incase because the first one we bought was faulty and leaking and if we hadn’t noticed in time we would’ve lucked out.
