Great product, love it. Easy to use, makes great coffee.

There is a reason these machines are everywhere and it is because they are great. I can only say good things about this. Medium roast coffee works best here and my tip is to skip struggling with descaling, use it with distilled water and sprinkle a tiny bit of minerals on top of the tamped or the in the brewed coffee instead. In case you are crazy about the perfect tasting coffee that is already great anyway.

Got it a week after black friday for $650. +tax. It is so worth it! I am my own barista now since Starbucks was not meeting my expectations. I make my own oatmilk shaken espressos, my caramels, mochas, soft tops! I hope it lasts me more than 5 years.

BEST THING EVER! This machine will pay for itself in no time if you are a coffee lover! The only con I have for this is. We went through 2 whole big bags of coffee to get it to the correct setting other then that it’s awesome! Def highly recommend!

We pushed this machine when making more than 15 drinks (one after the other) and it never overheated through the process. The machine is as good as the coffee you use, so get a good roast and you won't be disappointed. Be sure to look at all competitors' prices to get the best deal. Remember that Best Buy does price match. Because of this, We got ours (during Black Friday) for $100 off, so keep a look out for all sales. Even online sales!

I used to buy coffee every day, sometimes twice a day. Since I've bought this machine I haven't bought coffee since. It takes a few tries and the right beans for you, but well worth it in the end. Also, clean it regularly and treat it right. It'll last you years to come.

Great coffee machine. Huge learning curve after switching from a Keurig but nothing a few YouTube videos couldn't fix. Fairly simple to keep clean and easy to use once you know what you're doing.

Machine came in perfect condition but it is a little tricky to maneuver and get the perfect espresso. However once you find the right setting it’s all good.

This machine takes a little getting used to - grind of beans, tamping and quality of espresso. Once you get the hang of it, it is wonderful. I confess, however, that I have never mastered steaming milk to a froth for a cappuccino. I use a separate frother for that.

Just as advertised. Makes great lattes! I’ve been using it every day and keeps me away from coffee shops.

Find your inner barista. Makes a nice consistent cup of espresso. Steam sometimes lets out too much water but that seems normal. Many grind setting to adjust based on your beans. Helpful YouTube videos to get you started if you’re new to the espresso game as I was.

We couldn't be happier with this purchase. What an excellent machine to learn how to make espresso and drinks with! The grinder is great, but doesn't allow for much fine tuning, so we did buy an accompanying grinder for when we're feeling super picky or doing pour overs. Could be happier with this purchase and have been recommending it to everyone!
