We love our Breville, Makes awesome late. Breville has a great customer service thats what earned the full 5 star as well. The coffee grinder broke quite earlier after the purchase but they were able to fix it at no cost to me at all..i have it for over an year now..its running smooth

Espresso machine works great and produces tasty coffee. There is a learning curve to extracting espresso, keep this in mind when making the purchase.

It makes the best espresso I’ve ever had. We take it with is when we travel because with Illys espresso beans it’s freaking amazing. We use califia barista almond milk(you can order it with prime).

I replaced my Breville BES820XL of 10 years with the newer Barista Express Machine. I'm 6 weeks in and I'm not impressed. My issues are mainly around inconsistencies. For instance, the grind never gives me even close to a consistent amount of coffee. Also, I can never get a double shot from the machine. Sometimes I'll get 1/2 an ounce, other times 1 ounce, but never 2 ounces. I always have to press the double shot twice to get even close to 2 ounces. I've even reprogrammed the double shot to the maximum amount of time it will let me program it to. I've reached out to support, who are very slow to respond and there only comment to me was to check the power in my house. I never had an issue with my old Breville. I will say, I do love the built-in grinder, but I wish it was consistent.

Absolutely love it! FYI, the plastic sleeve that comes with it screws on the top of the espresso grind holder to prevent excess grind power from falling over onto the tray. It's awesome.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. No more going to any store to get coffee you can make it better and any stores.

I have owned a few espresso machine in the past. So far this one makes the best espresso. A little messy compared to the fully automatics. To me, it’s worth the extra effort to get better coffee. Besides, the price is about half or less of the automatic ones.

Wonderful machine. My second one. I had to replace the last one due to a flood. Makes the most authentic shots of espresso. So easy my teen uses it and I purchased one for my daughters house.

For coffee lovers, this machine is superior. It does require some patience and practice to get the grind settings right (and proper tamping), but the effort is so worth it! Cappuccino and Espresso is perfect in the comfort of my own home. I was lucky to get mine on sale.

A great product. Make great coffee. Some coffee beans are slow to tumble down the grinder but I blame the beans. Cleaned it once and descaled once so far. Proceeded as described in the manual. Read the manual ;-) A nice machine.

I got 2 months ago and since then I’ve saved a lot of money not soending in Starbucks! Hihgly recommended.

All I have to say is that this is ‘The Best’ espresso maker i have ever seen. It takes a little while to learn howbit works but once you get the hang of it you will love it.

Heard lots of complaints that stops working property after a few months. Read the Manuel and do the maintenance cleaning. It works great. I’ve had this for a little over a year and mine works just as new as the day we unpacked it.

I love this machine! I love that it has an integrated grinder, and the controls are easy and straightforward to use. If you’re on the fence because it looks complicated, don’t be! It is easy and fun to learn, and I guarantee you’ll love it!
