Outstanding espresso machine easy to use and no fuss. So happy with this purchase. Best Buy is the way to go and made it so easy to purchase.

My wife and I are not fluent in the art of Espresso making, but we do like to sip it. So stepping up to a machine as highly rated as the Breville Barista Express Impress was a pretty big step. Sadly, it has not been all good. Our first machine would not automatically dose the coffee. Breville Customer Service worked with us on a video call and after going through a long process trying to get the dosing working correctly, finally decided we had a defective device. They arranged a replacement to be sent and we packed-up the old one to send back. Prepaid shipping to Breville, so that was nice. The replacement unit has exactly the same issue... So we went back through the troubleshooting without help from Breville, with the same result. Nothing we tried fixed the problem. But I can't really get myself to return a SECOND time, so we are just going to use the machine and dose the coffee ourselves, it's a 15-20 second process, so not a deal breaker. But it's sad that two machines with exactly the same issue arrived. If you check online, you will find that this issue is quite common... I noticed that when we were shopping for this machine, but decided that only bad news gets reported, not the good news, and the balance of the reviews were very positive. So we bought one. In the meantime, the Espresso we make for ourselves is REALLY good! So it's not too bad to have this minor inconvenience.

Works great, easy to set up. Small learning curve on getting it dialed in but there are tons of educational videos

An amazing product because of this machine I literally stopped going to coffee shops I would recommend coffee lovers to invest in one of these amazing machines.

Easy to use out of the box. It does use a lot of water and the tray seems to fill up quite rapidly with dailyuse. Id say the only down side is having to kick on the steamer to let it warm up before you steam your milk. The grinder is a bit inconsistent but thats an easy fix.

New to brewing my own lattes and such. This product delivered, and all of the online videos were clutch in getting started.

Easy to use. A little bit of a learning curve with the grinder and built in tamper. The dosing is a little weird sometimes but fairly consistent. Steam power is great and overall very happy with the purchase.

This is an amazing machine, i have a regular coffee maker and another one with pods and those ones are great for making very quick drinks, less than a minute with the cups and around 3 min for the big pod for 4-5 pods, the expresso will take around 2.minutes for each mug. But the smell and taste is greater by far. If you have the money and you are a coffee drinker please give an opportunity to this gorgeous machine.

I had tried many different coffee makers and spent a fortune on them, and never found what I really was looking for. A great cup of coffee. But then we went to a friends house for Christmas and this is the one they had and it made a perfect cup of coffee. They bought it at a different store but I was very happy with Best Buy so I purchased it there. Every day I enjoy a perfect cup of coffee!

I love this thing! I use it everyday to make americanos and for the hot water dispenser. Quality of the unit is phenomenal and great design. My only regret with not buying the digital version is the trouble I have locking in the grind settings. I feel like I find my groove and then the next bag of coffee I’m back to trying to find the right settings again.

when it works this is a great product. the motor for the grinder will likely start failing within the first year. The auto tamp feature is awesome because it prevents mess but the sensor doesn't always detect when its been tamped and it regularly overfills. never was able to figure out the manual dose feature. wastes alot of water before steam begins. removing the grinder parts to maintain and fix is way too dificult and needs to be re-engineered.

Great all-in-one espresso machine for beginner. Highly recommend for a home kitchen. The downside of this machine is that it is inconsistent when pulling multiple shots in one session.

Bought this as a birthday gift. She absolutely loves it and uses it every day. No more trips to the coffee shop.
