I've only owned this for a month and its really scratched up. I take good care of my stuff however the cups themselves barely fit under the handle when making coffee. The metal grate gets scratched up easily by the cups and the back panel is really thin and fragile. Wouldn't recommend

The Breville Oracle is a significant improvement though at substantial cost, but well worth it. I’d pass on this model.

After about one year of use it gives up even with top care and maintenance and only using good quality filtered water. The first time it broke it wouldn't start anymore. the second one lost water pressure and doesn't brew, or froth. Buy it if you want to have it for a few months or a year only. It will break down when you least expect it.
