This is an expensive toaster, but it outlasts the cheaper ones, so it is worth it. With everyday use it seems to last about five years.

We bought this right after we completed a kitchen remodel because the online reviews outside of Best Buy said it was the best. Nope! One side heats while the other does not. The other side does turn on if you click bagel but that means the opposite side does not heat. After more searching online, we found multiple complaints about this very problem. Can’t return it now, just pursue warranty which will probably yield 20% off a new one or something dumb like that. Won’t buy this brand again

Quality appliance, good control over crispiness of bread and bagels

We have had another toaster by Breville that worked incredibly well, but after 15 years it was on its last leg. This toaster didn’t evenly toast the bread and was nothing like our previous toaster

I love all my Breville products and this toaster is no different. Fast and easy

A great toaster at the price. However I cannot recommend purchasing this product from Best Buy.

This is a great toaster. Works great on bread and bagels. Good quality, not like other cheaper quality brands. Definitely would recommend this product if you are looking for a top notch toaster.

The toast doesn't pop up above the slot so you have to give it a minute before you stick your fingers in to try to get it out.

This is easy to use and looks great in my kitchen. I especially like the little bit more function. I would definitely recommend.

I didn't think there could be much difference in toasters, but this Breville toaster proved me wrong! It is so much better than those of the past. More options like the "bagel setting" which gives a crispy toast outside, but warm moist bagel inside. Also , having the controls on the side facing you at the counter is convenient.

It doesn't always toast on both sides, so I just hit the "just a bit more" button and after about 10 seconds, hit the cancel button !

It’s not heavy and easy to control. But a little bit expensive!

Breville makes great products for the kitchen. I appreciate the sleek and easy care of their small appliances. This toaster allows for large bagels with the ability to offer multiple toasting options from soft to firm. Just wipe with a soft cloth for easy cleanup and the slide out crumbs tray underneath is very helpful!

Call me old fashioned, but i like my bread toasted on BOTH sides. Speaking of old fashioned, I think I’ll buy an old fashioned toaster for 20% of the price that works.

This toaster is great. Nice looking. Toasts perfectly.

I bought this after my toaster of 10 years finally died and it was a great replacement. I haven’t been disappointed by it yet. It toasts pretty evenly and I love the “little bit more” function for those moments were I would like it just a little bit more toasted but don’t want it burnt. Love it.

Works great. But not as good as the high end model. I would get the high end model next time

Just tried out this toaster. My major complaint is that when you try to toast small pastries, they can fall into the side leaving you to try to dig them out. This may not be problematic for some, but I have small grandchildren and great grandchildren, and try to explain their pop tart is not ready because your trying to fish it out.

I already have the 4 slice version but needed a smaller one exclusively for myself since I'm gluten intolerant. I kept cross contaminating myself toasting my gluten free breads after my family members toasting their items. it's a bit pricey, but they've been working well.
