My coffee tastes great! Stays hot in the thermal carafe.

Coming from a generic Cuisinart drip coffee maker, this is by far a better tasting cup of coffee. Its so much smoother using the sane coffee. It doesn’t taste burnt anymore.

This brewer makes wonderful coffee. The entire unit has a premium feel, with every piece fitting together precisely. I especially like that the 12-cup thermal carafe keeps coffee warm for several hours, and can empty completely when pouring. The coffee basket has thermal insulation as well, so that there is no unnecessary cooling of the coffee while brewing. My last Breville lasted 15 years, I have the feeling I will by using this one for a long time.

I bought the Breville Luxe thermal coffee maker and have been using this for some time now. I love this coffee maker and it has not disappointed me at all. One of the features I enjoy is the bloom times in settings. I love making coffee in this and it makes a great cup of coffee.

I've had this coffee maker for about 4 months. The coffee is ok, not the worst, just ok. The coffee maker functions very well, however, there is a (for lack of a better word) nut that retains the hot water diffuser. It has slipped off several times now, making it difficult to remove the filter. For the price point, I should only need to clean this thing. I shouldn't have to put it back together to make coffee. Anyway, if I had known this little detail, I would not have invested the money on this thing, just for ok coffee.

No messes- no splash, no dripping. Excellent coffee maker with an easy to use process for set up, brew and clean up. Worth the $$ one month into use.

The dial is not easy to use. There is a red 'thing' that falls off in the basket. This thing does not even display the time, Why? We are SO used to seeing the time when we pour our coffee. But, it displays how long ago the coffee brewed. WHY?? It is set to brew at a certain time, which I set, so I know how long the coffee has been in the carafe. Or I have started the machine to brew, so I know how long the coffee has been in the carafe. And it is in a thermal carafe,, it shouldn't matter how long ago it brewed. Why show that time? WORST EVER -- IT IS THE NOISIEST MACHINE IN THE HOUSE!!! Even louder than the washing machine AND the dog barking!! A large breed dog barking!

Easy to use and clean. Coffee tastes smoother and not as hot.

Looks nice but I am unable to locate any manuals on how to work the custom and cold brew. It came with a basic safety guide and instructions but there is nothing of use in it. I'd really expect a lot more from this brand. Coffee only stays warm for 3 hours unlike my old Cuisinart SS carafe kept the coffee warm ALL DAY. Not sure if Im gonna keep this considering how much it was.

The design makes it difficult to operate smoothly, and the noise level is disruptive. Overall, it was disappointing, and I would not purchase it again.

Brews a good cup of coffee. It does pour slow with the lid on. And it is a pain for one button/radial dial when you first start.
