he Breville Mini Toaster Oven has been a great addition to my kitchen. Even with its small footprint, it offers plenty of cooking space—much more than I expected from a compact model. It fits everything from slices of toast to small baking dishes and reheats leftovers evenly. The controls are straightforward, the heat is consistent, and it preheats quickly, making it perfect for everyday use without taking up much counter space. If you’re looking for a compact toaster oven that still delivers on capacity and performance, this one hits the mark.

This little oven is fantastic. Options for how much you want your bread toasted. Heats items up very quickly. A great selection of choices to prepare your food. The nicest little oven that I’ve ever had. Read about problems with the crumb tray & not being able to open the door all the way. If you put the crumb tray in upside down you will have that problem. It is definitely worth the money I paid for it. Extremely satisfied !!!!

I LOVE my new Breville Mini Oven. Over the years, I’ve tried several different brands of mini toaster ovens because of the limited counter space in my kitchen. The Breville Mini oven fits the space perfectly and performs superbly, providing convenience and versatility in its compact body. The Toast, Roast and Bake produced perfectly cooked results. The Reheat feature is a welcome option to microwaving certain foods. Accessories included with the purchase are easy to use and clean. I will purchase the additional broiling rack and pizza pan. Since I have not yet used the Broil and Pizza features, I cannot offer comment but feel confident I will not be disappointed. Last but not least, the Instruction Booklet is well written and easy to follow; the Function features panel on the oven are well marked and logically arranged. Thank you for producing this compact powerhouse!

I've had this oven for several weeks and I'm pleased with it, although I haven't yet tried all of its functions (e.g., roast). It's compact, easy to use, and does a good job. A few cautions, however: (1) It toasts bagels perfectly, but I'm not as happy about "regular" toast because the top gets darker than the bottom, even if I tweak the settings. (2) The outside of the oven gets REALLY HOT. My old convection oven was better insulated, so I could store things on top of it; that's not possible with this one. (3) The oven shuts off after 1.5 hours, for safety reasons, so if you're cooking something that takes longer than that, you have to restart it. But I think it's a great little oven for the price.

GREAT LITTLE OVEN, PERFECT SIZE. FAST, EFFICIENT, COOKS WELL.

My reason for purchasing this oven was to save electricity and prevent the kitchen from getting heated when using my regular kitchen stove each time I wanted to reheat or bake a small amount of food. My Mini Smart Oven toasts up to four pieces of bread on the preset 3-minute setting. The toast is always perfect with a brown outside and slightly soft inside. The instruction booklet has 70 pages in English and 72 pages in other languages. The booklet goes into great detail, often repeating basic information. This oven is very sturdy and well-built. I like the size of this Mini Smart Oven, since it fits perfectly on my counter. I'm glad I didn't purchase one of the larger Breville Smart Ovens, since I can use my regular kitchen stove for larger quantities of food. The larger Breville Smart Ovens were also more expensive. My only complaint about the Breville Mini Smart Oven is the price. I think a lot of people would choose a less expensive toaster oven and be almost as satisfied. My last toaster oven cost about $50, but the toast wasn't as perfect as the toast made in this Breville oven. Is perfect toast worth the extra $100? You can be the judge of that.

I bought this thinking it would just toast bread. What I got instead was a small, stainless steel overachiever. It toasts evenly. It reheats pizza like it’s defending a championship title. It makes frozen snacks taste like I put in effort. The knobs feel solid, the heat is consistent, and it doesn’t sound like it’s preparing for liftoff when it turns on. I’ve used it for toast, bagels, chicken tenders, leftovers, and one questionable late-night experiment that it handled without judgment. Everything came out perfectly cooked and crispy in all the right places. It preheats fast, fits more than you’d expect, and hasn’t burned anything (which is a personal milestone for me). Honestly, it works so well I’m starting to suspect it has better time management skills than I do. Five stars. Would trust it with Thanksgiving appetizers.

This small oven toaster delivers for a one to two person kitchen. It does the job of multiple appliances. It is fast and does a great job.

Love It says it all! Bought this to replace my old toaster but bought an amazing kitchen appliance I cannot live without. Smart looking, just the right size for my small kitchen and so versatile. 3 minutes and I have crispy toast with grilled cheese on time making the right amount of time to get my coffee, hello yummie breakfast.

Great size. Easy to use and works perfect for toasting or baking. This is my second mini smart oven, bought my first 15 years ago and just recently had to replace it. It is worth the price.

Perfect size for a counter top. I’ve purchased the larger one and I had to return it because the oven kept breaking. This one is perfect. I make toast, chicken nuggets, pizza and fries.

This is a smaller size toaster oven, but does a great job. This is the second one I owed. It is functional, attractive, and is not one of those appliances that stops working after a year or two. I also go a good price at Best Buy!

Had the larger Breville but enjoying the smaller one as well only drawback when you open the door, the tray doesn’t pull out like it does on the large one. Do like the extra button that gives you an extra 30 seconds of heating?did buy it on sale for a lower price at Best Buy

I got this for my 83 year old mother for Christmas who has a difficult time using a big oven now. It has changed her life. Everything cooks balanced and is easy to use for seniors.

Writing this after 2-3 weeks of use. Checking reviews, and with neighbors and family, Breville toaster ovens score very well. But Breville's higher-end models have reports of failing with "error codes" being displayed, ending the life of the appliance, so we purchased this simpler model (and added Geek Squad, just in case.) This is a well-designed toaster oven. The control panel provides simple and clear access to all the functions. Toasting is excellent, though the top side does get a little more done than the bottom. The "A BIT MORE" button is a REALLY nice feature. We've also baked with it - things like frozen chicken nuggets, and nachos - and it works well. There is even a clear legend on the door showing which of the 3 rack positions should be used based on the cooking function. The toast times are self-adjusting -- if the oven is already hot from the previous cycle, times are reduced accordingly, so the results remain consistent to the settings (darkness and number of slices.) The outside skin of the oven does get hot, so do not place this where small children or pets may touch it without knowing, and do not place/store items on top. That said, the front handle and its supports are insulted from the heat, so proper opening and closing is 100% safe. The User Guide is brief and very clear - WORTH READING.

I bought this for my elderly mother. She is just cooking for herself and she uses small quantities. She did a lot of cooking in her life and she actually makes recipes for herself as opposed to just heating things up. The average toaster oven is not really that suited to her. This is like a little professional oven. It heats so evenly. She loves how evenly it toasts. It heats up quickly. The size is perfect for her. The controls were simple for her to figure out. She loves it.
