The Oracle Jet is the best coffee maker I've ever owned. I had the Bambino Plus, then the Barista Touch Impress, and now this great machine. The double thermojet allows for better coffee extraction, automatically doses the coffee, stirs the flour, and tamps the coffee. The milk wand has a temperature sensor at the tip, making steaming more efficient. That machine isn't magic, though; you still need to use fresh, high-quality coffee.

Best monies I’ve ever spent. Truly like having a coffee shop in your home. 1000/10

Beautiful machine it is quite large wide mostly but I did appreciate it having wheels so it’s easy to maneuver on your countertop. I also like being able to fill the water tank from the front so you don’t have to pull out the water tank. It does take some learning and would be great for people who don’t mind learning how to be at our home barista ultimately it was too much for me as I’m always in a rush and have a four year-old so I would need more time to perfect my coffee every morning. I did end up returning this and purchasing a miele cm 6160 and Jura z10 machine since they were more super automated.

My morning coffee has just been elevated tremendously. What I use to spend $7 for at a coffee place I now make from home. The Breville Oracle Jet is sophisticated and yet so easy to use. I highly recommend.

Overall this is great machine, especially if you are newer in espresso making world. I am however disappointed with froth as it doesn’t really do nice job with auto set up.

Very convenient and excellent product,Since I bought the machine, I have been drinking coffee every day

Had for a week and the unit would not turn on. Breville warrantied it and sent a new one, but took almost 10 days to arrive. They shipped it the slowest they could and sent a bag of beans for compensation.

I’m kidding, obviously this is an expensive appliance. However, I have owned a Breville Barista Pro for the last five years. I absolutely loved that espresso machine and have enjoyed the experience and taste of making my own coffee at home the way that I want to. But the Breville Oracle Jet is an even better choice. Ever since it was announced, I had been wanting to try it out to see if I liked it, and I absolutely love this machine. My mornings are so much easier. I wake up, start the machine, and it runs everything all on its own with little intervention. All you have to do is move the porta filter, pour your milk, and wipe it down when you’re done. The machine really does all the rest, from grinding, tamping, and steaming the milk. I’m much happier as now I feel like I can try all different kinds of coffee as I don’t have to do any calibration or waste so many beans just to make it taste good. The machine tells you what it thinks the grind size should be, and it’s pretty good at it. I also found out that you get discounts on coffee up to $700 from Beanz.com when you register your espresso machine. The first two bags are free! Don’t ignore this! If you’re looking at it, you should seriously consider buying it. Pros: Great build, easy use, and café quality. Cons: Uses a lot of water (keep it full), and the price tag. If you can afford it, you won’t regret it.

Upgraded from a De'longhi Magnifica XS. Used gift cards from work anniversary. This is more than I would spend on a coffee machine. Makes a fun celebration splurge gift that we use multiple times a day. Was pleasantly surprised with ease of setup and quality of machine. It's definitely a step up from our last machine in terms of being more automated, which I love. Highly recommend watching videos from Breville. I discovered handy tips. Overall, I'm happy with purchase and it feels like we'll get our money's worth. PROS: You can personalize almost everything (foam, temp, shots), really thoughtful design with wheels for easy movement and drawer for accessories, makes great lattes, great foam on setting 8, easy to use after a brief ramp up period, materials its made of are easy to clean, comes with all the accessories, easy enough for my big kid to use, don't feel the need to have to go get a latte on the weekends CONS: It goes through more beans than previous espresso machine, sometime I have to jiggle the beans in the hopper when it's pulling beans to grind, had to take the burr out to clean and had a very difficult time getting it back in

I feel for the price, there are better options. It is well built, good milk frother, however, be prepared for a learning curve. I found the machine to create a bit of a mess due to the grinds coming out. I didnt like the water tank in the back, way too much work to get out even though you can fill in the front (still want it to come out easier). and difficult to get a quality shot easily without the espresso tasting "sour". Good if you want to put in the work and time, if not get a super automatic, such as a Delonghi or Jura.

I purchased my Breville coffee machine in February 2025, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the very first use, it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The build quality is exceptional, with a sleek design that fits beautifully in my kitchen. The machine is easy to use yet offers a level of control that allows me to perfect my coffee just the way I like it. The espresso it produces is rich, full-bodied, and topped with a perfect crema. The steam wand is powerful, making it effortless to create velvety milk for lattes and cappuccinos. One of the standout features is the precision and consistency. Every cup tastes just as good as the last, thanks to the machine’s advanced temperature control and customizable settings. Cleaning is also simple, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. Breville has truly delivered a professional-grade coffee machine that transforms my daily routine into a barista-like experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and the perfect cup of coffee at home.

This is a great Product. Awesome infact!! It requires just one or two settings to get the espresso to your taste in terms of strengths and then Voila!!! Make the whole family a great cup of coffee every time. Oh!! And one touch. Well worth the price

We had the Breville Express model for many years and we loved it so much. To the point where no coffee outside the house would please us anymore. Because I'm a tech guy, I decided to give this new high-tech toy a chance: we're really impressed. It raised our coffee bar even higher: my latte tastes even better and richer, now. This machine does all the hard steps on its own, avoids all the mess and makes the same great coffee every single time. Small things like replacing water, descaling, etc, are now much easier and faster. Definitely a great choice if you love coffee, tech and appreciate better results with lower effort.

After much research, we replaced a broken De'longhi espresso machine with this one. There is little doubt that this is a very nice machine and generally works well. I would say however, that a machine of this caliber should be able to make a regular cup of coffee. It does have an Americano beverage but this is not quite the same. An Americano just makes an espresso and then adds hot water to it. That's different from passing all of the water through the grounds as in a regular cup of coffee. I have found a sweet spot by customizing an Americano using a larger shot size (a Lungo or a Lungo +) and a small amount of hot water (2oz is as small as you can go). The machine also lets you chose whether it does the water first or the espresso which is nice. If you do the water first, it preserves the crema and produces a delicious cup of coffee. I have also found the touchpad to be a little quirky. Sometimes I have to repeatedly press a selection to get it to work. Also the beans don't always fall down through the hopper as one would like. When that happens, I tap on the hopper to dislodge the beans. Also, if there is not enough water in the machine to complete a beverage, it will stop and ask for more water. The problem is, after you add more water, it does not complete the beverage. The message goes away but the beverage is left in whatever state it was in when the water ran out. So you need to check the water level frequently. The machine also discharges water into the drip tray through its normal operation, not just a spill so you need to empty it often. And finally, the hot water discharge does not seem to be aimed very well. You really need to push the cup all the way to the back of the machine or it might splatter outside the cup. To sum up, it is a great machine but I could not give it 5 stars due to the issues noted above and its very high price tag. If you do get one, do yourself a favor and buy the protection plan. There are hundreds of points of failure and we are currently sitting on a bricked De'Longhi espresso machine that cannot be repaired.

This is a fantastic espresso machine. We had previously owned a Breville, however it was 10+ years ago and we had to tamper our ground espresso before brewing. When that machine broke, we opted for a fully automatic expresso machine. That machine worked great and was easy to use. When that machine broke, we wanted to replace it with another super automatic machine. We purchased a Phillips and returned it because the brew and taste was poor quality. We were scanning the aisles at best buy when we came across the Oracle Jet. We were intrigued with the self-tampering feature. This is why we love this machine: 1. Although you self-tamper, its minor. The cleanup easy and seamless as you prepare another cup. It really does make a difference to have the machine tamper for you. 2. The quality of brew is amazing. Every day with our americanos, lattes and cappuccinos, it’s like we are back in Italy. The flavor is strong, professional grade brew. 3. Quality machine. It's not plastic. It looks great. 4. Ease of use. It's very simple and there are many drink options and customizations. 5. Cup warming option with shot of hot water before brewing. We are incredibly happy with this machine. If you like quality espresso, this is your machine. It is worth the price. Based on what it would cost (not including beans, etc.) in a coffee shop to order our daily drinks, this machine has paid for itself in four months. We would do it over and over again. Hats off to Breville for their Oracle Jet. We love ours.

First unit had inner burr issue. Every grind size was too coarse so I needed to exchange. Not a big deal but not ideal. That out of the way, the machine has been great. I previously had a super automatic I had received as a hand-me-down. It worked great, but the cleaning situation with the brew unit was gross to me. Too much moisture in the machine constantly. This machine is so easy to use and keep clean. For that and the consistency I’m able to get as a novice, I love it. Startup sound gives me goonies vibes

Game changer! Big price tag but worth it. Wife loves it which means I love it. Easy to set up. Easy to operate. Love the fact that you are able to steam milk to the exact temp desired (which was the major reason we didn’t go with the super automatic)
