I have made pizza, casseroles, brownies and toast with success. I adapted the recipes for convection by reducing the temperature by then 25 degrees. Purchased to use in our RV.

This oven is my goto, easy and fast preheat, makes awesome toast. Quick frozen pizza, bake cookies, biscuits, rolls. We use it for all kinds of stuff. Only use the big oven for larger dishes. I have been using this oven for almost a year now and this purchase is a gift.

I previously owned the regular Breville Smartoven and upgraded to the Airfryer/ Smartoven combo!! I’ve Airfried several items with simplicity and reheated items that have turned out as if it was freshly cooked! It also looks great on my counter top!!! So happy I upgraded!!!

Absolutely love the smart oven. Easy to use, food comes out excellent and if you live in the hot summer south this is a big help when you don't have to turn on the big oven. Heats up quickly and cools down quickly too. Use it almost every day. Love it. Would totally recommend it.

A Christmas gift from our kids. We opened it up early and started to use it. Fantastic oven that does it all. We tried just about every feature and we love it. It takes up some room on the counter but if you have the space I would recommend buying it. I like making our own potato chips. Easy to do and tastes great.

It's the best convection oven my family has ever had. It has so many functions, and it's larger than other conventional ovens out there. We especially love the toast function!

We're happy. My wife uses it for things I don't understand but is please. A little bigger than the non-Pro version. Note: we've only had it for 3 weeks so our experience is limited.

This oven does it all with ease! The dehydrating feature is great for making healthy jerky treats!

First time using an air fryer and it made very good fries! I used the slower cooker function for braising lamb shanks.

I've had this since October of 2019 it has cooked hundreds of pizzas, chicken wings, french fries, grilled cheese, pies, cookies. Especially handy on those hot nights when you don't want to turn the oven on. BOV900BSS is everything you could ever want/need

Already own a Breville Toaster/Convection oven.Saw the new one and decided I would like to have it. Already baked a turkey breast and ham in it. Great results. Love the air fry for frozen fries. Great oven when there's only two of you. Don't have to use the big oven.

Great stuff. Very versatile and cooks everything. I particularly like the oven feature that allows me to cook smaller quantities with out using the big oven.

The old electric built-in wall oven finally gave up. I read a Consumer Reports review that rated it the best toaster oven (over higher priced ovens, too). This counter-top oven is perfect! I'll take my time deciding when to replace the old built-in (maybe I'll remodel). For now, this does the job much better than the wall unit ever did.

Amazing toaster oven! The convection heat is fantastic, and the "air fryer" features has been wonderful for making nice, crispy fries and chicken in the toaster oven. We have baked cookies, brownies, fish, you name it, and everything has turned out fantastic.

I rarely have to turn my large oven on with this one right on my counter. Love it if you have the space, as it is on the larger side for this kind of toaster oven.

Lots of setting options. Quieter than my previous countertop oven. So worth the upgrade for the way I prepare, cook, and reheat various foods.

Our most common task for it is making toast, which it does well, but just a little slow, and you need to learn how to position your food. The oven has worked well when we've used it. It is a little easier to clean than the toaster oven that it replaced and my wife likes that. It gets a little hotter than I'd like, but with a few inches clearance around it, we think that it is safe.
