I’ve owned plenty of cheap countertop ovens — flimsy dials, uneven heat, wobbly handles. One month into owning the Breville Smart Oven Pro, it’s already clear this is a different animal entirely. The brushed stainless steel housing is thick and solid. The door opens with a satisfying weighted resistance, every knob turns with intention, and nothing rattles. It feels premium the moment you lift it out of the box. Heat distributes so evenly I’ve stopped rotating baking sheets mid-cook. Roasted vegetables caramelize perfectly, pizza crusts blister beautifully, and temperature accuracy — verified with a thermometer — is rock solid. Everything still looks and performs like new, and based on how solidly it’s constructed, I expect that to last for years. For a countertop appliance, that build quality is rare and worth every penny. If you want a convection oven that impresses from day one, stop searching. This is it.

This little oven does so many things very well! You can replace your air fryer, crock pot, toaster oven and food dehydrator. Not to mention not having to heat up your house with the regular oven. I highly recommend this product

I love my Breville. A friend told me she loves hers and I should get one. As a senior citizen, I’m not cooking for a family. It’s the perfect size to Bake, broil, keep things warm. I never use my toaster anymore. My big oven is hardly used. This does anything my big oven can do, and more.

This is the most amazing oven ever! Built with 100% quality, wonderful size and looks beautiful on my countertop. Oh, and it works terrific! Don’t go for the cheap ovens. Pay just a little bit more and you will have a wonderful, high-quality product like this one. I am now a lifelong Breville customer. Wait for a sale, it’s well worth it, even at full price.

Amazing oven. I didn’t know it was possible to love a small appliance so much. We made a small Thanksgiving turkey in it and it turned out beautiful. I love the setting options, so far we’ve used it for cookies, pizzas, toast, roasting vegetables and burgers with great results. We also used the air fryer setting for sweet potato fries. The confection oven is a good feature, allowing for the items to be evenly cooked. Easy clean up with the removable bottom tray. So far I love it and would highly recommend.

This Breville toaster oven is everything you could ask for in a high quality toaster oven. I was hesitant to buy because the price seemed high compared to our last non convection oven but the difference in price is well worth it. This oven has no negatives and does everything that it promises. It is a time saver and simple to use. I would buy again without hesitation.

I love my new oven. I have had it for about 3 weeks now and am blown away at how well it works. I have made Beef Wellington, Bread, Chicken Skewers, Pizza, and Flan Caramel. I have even dehydrated apples and some herbs. If I had any complaint it would be that it steams at the top. I called them (Breville) just to make sure this was normal. They said it was and just to make sure I use it in a more open space. I have a special rolling cart it sits on that isn't near any cabinets.

It took me two monthes of constan research, watching and rewatching countless comparison youtube videos, and reading hundreds of reviews to get to this unwavering decision. I couldn't be happier with my choice. I have used every features on this Breville Smart oven air fryer pro and I always end up with a giddy smile. The price makes up for the great quality build. This is THE ONE to buy.

Bought this countertop oven about 6 weeks ago and have used it basically everyday since. So far it has worked very well. No complaints other than the length of time it takes to make toast, seems excessive. A good ten minutes to make a couple pieces of toast is not what I’d hoped for. I’ve made a couple of pizzas, turned out great along with cookies, brownie's and used the super convection / air fry setting on sweet potato fries, which also turned out great. I was concerned about the reviews I read before purchasing about the amount of power (1800 watts) this unit draws. My house was built in the 1950’s and most of the wiring is original. A lot of reviews complaining about breaker boxes tripping in older homes when this oven is in use. I’m happy to say that even though I always have a lot lights on and other electrical appliances running at the same time as the oven, I have not had any breaker box trips. One of the reasons I wanted this particular oven is the build quality. My kitchen is all stainless so it needed to match, and not just the front panel. It’s pretty hard to find a countertop oven in stainless finish where the sides and top of the oven are all stainless as well, not just a stainless panel in the front. The all stainless body really looks good and is also very easy to clean unlike some stainless appliances. A warning to those with small children or elderly living in the home, the exterior body of this oven gets VERY hot when in use. So hot that burns could happen easily. Also the middle rack positions use a magnetic system on the door so when you open the oven door the rack slides out with the door. It’s very convenient and a nice feature but the door must be opened slowly as whatever is on that rack will slide right out onto the counter. There is a warning on the door to open it slowly but apparently i missed that warning and learned the hard way. I was debating between the Breville and the Wolf countertop oven which is more than twice the price, I’m very glad I decided on the Breville and saved a good $550. We got this model to use for baking smaller items so that we wouldn't need the big oven. It handles 2 x 12 muffin pans, 2 bread loaf pans, and even an entire loaf of artisan bread baked on a stone, with a small aluminum pan for steam. https://photos.app.goo.gl/jFMA3uJTPVqh3KQC6 The air fry mode is great for veggies, especially potatoes, and for heating frozen food. The toaster accommodates 9 frozen tortillas which we break up into chips. It comes with 2 main racks, a dehydrater/air frying rack, and a small broiler/roaster pan with a rack. We typically line that pan with foil in order to keep the interior clean. Oh, and if you air fry there is an optional Rotate Reminder that beeps about 2/3's of the way through. Not cheap but worth it for the convenience and power cost savings compared with the oven.

This is my second smart oven pro and I still enjoy using it every day. It replaces several appliances which saves space. Having the presets is also a timesaver and helps in the learning curve.

Our existing oven failed after 3 years. This was the second oven that had failed after about 3 years. I did a few hours of research on a new oven and found the Breville Smart Oven to be rated #1 in all the reviews. I then started pricing selected ovens from my research. I found the best price at Best Buy on the Breville oven (less than my 2nd and 3rd choices) and we immediately bought it. My wife loves it. I am impressed with the quality of construction and believe it will definitely last much much more than the 3 years each of the previous ovens lasted. It came with quite a few accessories that are not included with other ovens.

This is the first Breville product I have ever purchased. So far its been great.

We did need to rearrange the kitchen so it had its own space, but we love it so far. We have used the air fryer option and use the parchment liners to aide in clean up. We are going to use this a lot. Super easy to operate too. My sister-in-law has had the same model for several years, and loves it too.

My Breville is great. Does everything I need it to do and cooks everything perfectly. Recommend cleaning after each use to preserve its shine.

Hands down the best oven/toaster. No matter what you think of it you will not regret buying this oven. I've already cooked everything with it from vegetables to cakes and steaks. My mom was against it in the beginning but now she cooks everything with it. Great buy!! Highly recommend

I bought this oven with the AirFryer. Had one a while ago and loved it but it didnt have the AirFryer. Loving this feature. Great size and easy to use!!!
