Best smoker ever. I'm still waiting for it to be available again!

First lets talk about what this will not do. It will not impart the flavor of a smoker slow cooking meats for hours. That said it can do some amazing things. It can impart a smokey flavor especially to things that are more delicate like fish and chicken and a mild smoke accent to meats. Because it is a cold smoke you can smoke things like cheese butter, popcorn, butter, avocados. Smoked American Cheese is amazing. Its easy to use and won't produce enough smoke to set off your smoke alarm. I use it almost everyday.

Works pretty dang good. Even made my own container out of just a rubbermade pretty cheaply. Smoked some steak that I sous vide and than some bacon. Also did some Mac and cheese. Pretty happy with this.

If you want to add that smoky flavor to your dish but don't have space for a smoker, this will do the job. Easy to use and you have several wood chips to choose from. Clean up is far easier than a smoker also and it only takes a few minutes. Highly recommend!

Decent smoker. Does the job. The unfortunate part is it is not rechargeable, so I need to keep buying more batteries. Would have loved it even more if they had another lower speed setting, for a slower and deeper burn.

This was a novelty purchase that has turned out to be one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. The internet is filled with videos and recipes which have aided in my use. The product works well and as advertised.

It does add smoke flavor. More if you let it set for a while. It is not the same as a full sized smoker. BUT it's so much fun to use! Try smoking a bag of shredded cheese! YUM.

I am a chef and these are great for cold smoking items that aren't big, great for smoking beverages as well. I want one more so I can do both for dinner parties!

so many uses - learned about them at a cooking class - smoke drinks, steaks, salsa, cheese, anything when you dont want to use the big smoker

The smoking gun is great to have in any kitchen I think. Especially for those who like to test their Culinary skills and try something new.

The smoking gun really does add plenty of smoke flavor to foods. The only improvement I can think of would be to add a clamp or suction cup option so it’s easier to handle the container and hose without the gun sliding or falling.

Perfect for cocktails, cheese, ice cream and salts. Incredibly easy to use tool.
